Peter has one of the most wonderful watch shops for high-end German/Swiss watches. His service is brilliant and he has deep and excellent knowledge about, and connections to the brands that he is offering. I can highly recommend Define Watches to anyone that is a fan for fine German/Swiss watches.

As a long term customer I was pleasantly surprised that on my recent trip to Noosa, I found their boutique by mere chance. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, professional and highly knowledgeable with all facets of watch-making product knowledge. Their selection of watches, quality of brands and the no middle-man sales process makes Define a truly unique shopping experience with a second to none level of customer satisfaction. I will certainly be purchasing many more watches from Define and encourage anyone who's visiting Noosa to make an appointment to visit their sensational boutique. After watching some YouTube videos and hearing about Define Watches, I decided to take a look at the brands on offer. Define Watches had Hanhart, a brand I have long wanted to add into my modest collection. I settled on the 39mm 417 ES 1954 Flyback. This watch is simply stunning. The care and consideration that went into the packing before the watch was promptly sent to me, was second to none. I have no hesitation recommending buying watches from Define Watches.

This is the second Sinn I've committed with Define watches. The first one I bought from the shop they had in Brisbane, and it is that good I decided to get another one. (The photo with the leather strap is the first one).
This time I did all my research online, because they moved their shop up to Noosa Heads, which is about 2-3 hours away.
I paid for the watch on a Friday, and it was delivered on Monday! That's pretty impressive!
Even more impressive was the way Peter and Co presented the watch for delivery. Its worth buying a watch from Define just to experience the delivery.
And it just gets better. The first time I saw the watch live was upon delivery, and it was just as I envisioned it, perfect.
I think this watch, and Sinn in general, epitomise the whole German philosophy: elegant, functional and no nonsense.
The blue dial is understatedly sensational, especially outdoors in the sunlight.

I purchased a Hanhart 417ES 39mm last week from Peter at Define Watches. I must say after purchasing all the top brands from Rolex to Patek at some of the finest boutiques around the world, the customer service Peter provided left them all for dead.
I highly recommend anyone interested in unique timepieces to pop into the store located in Noosa you will not be disappointed.

Recently purchased a Sinn 856 from Peter and Lydia via their online store after chatting with Peter about stock availability. I put down a deposit to secure one of the next batch they would receive and much to my surprise I only had to wait about 3 weeks for this very popular model to be sent from Germany.

The watch was very well packaged and protected, much more so than from any other retailer I have done business with and it arrived to Melbourne from Noosa in 1 day. The watch itself is running at a very consistent +2 seconds per day which is in line with its top grade SW-300.

Overall very happy with my experience and will be a repeat customer if Sinn release something else that satisfies my desires. Very responsive business and great attention to detail.

This was my first time buying a watch online. I was a bit nervous at first, as I like to try on my watches I purchase. However, dealing with Peter quickly quashed all nerves and we worked out together exactly what I was after. Bought a Sinn 104 from Define and I recommend them, especially for an online purchase. Peter was happy to answer my questions over the phone, the attention to detail with packing was second to none. To my surprise upon unboxing the watch was set to the correct time and date - incredible.
The Sinn itself bettered my expectations and I am a massive convert.

Peter was very helpful during the buying process, which helps me to determine the watch dial colour choice/selection. Peter even help me re-size the watch steel bracelet (even though I'm purchasing the watch online).

Popped into the store during a recent visit to Noosa. Peter and the team were amazing and very generous with their time answering questions and showing us many examples of watches that are not easily found in other watch shops or jewellers.

I remember as a child going to buy watches with my dad, the people in the shops treating my dad like a king made me idolise him even more, 2 days ago, my wife and I got to experience that feeling ourselves.

If you're an Aussie looking to browse from a range of international watch brands, I can't recommend Define Watches enough. I recently purchased a Hanhart Pioneer One (pictured) to add to my modest collection of timepieces. Within a business day, I received a call from Peter saying the watch was ready to be sent off to the courier. He comes across as a very polite and friendly person, making sure to schedule a delivery date that suited me before shipping it off. He also asked for me to let him know how I like the watch after it arrived.

When it arrived, the watch was clearly well packaged, again showing the care and pride put into offering a great service at a competitive price. This means extensive packaging to ensure no damage was done to the watch during transit.

The watch itself is a gorgeous piece with a really pleasant, timeless 1950s pilot aesthetic. Thank you again Peter for allowing us access to these brands that would otherwise require a significant markup and weeks/months of waiting when ordering from overseas. I won't hesitate to shop again when the time comes.

Building trust involves many things, but honouring your commitments and clear communication are two of the most important factors, and on this score Peter and Lydia from Define Watches have absolutely excelled. My Sinn turned up when, and in the form, they said it would, which is brilliant (and sadly not always guaranteed these days). The fact they sell awesome brands is a bonus. I saw a review of D. Dornblüth and Sohn watches on YouTube and enquired about purchasing a piece. The manufacturer replied through Peter at Define Watches. Peter has created a successful business by making promises and then exceeding expectations, which he certainly did in my case. I paid a deposit to lay-by my watch, and when I finalised the payment the watch was shipped from Noosa to Sydney with a 24-hour turnaround with a secure and beautiful presentation box and wrapping. I wholeheartedly recommend Define Watches for the service and the quality of the pieces.

I’ve ordered an item online and I’ll admit I was a bit nervous about doing so for a watch, but Peter promptly answered all my questions and concerns.
