Tom and his team recently helped me with the design and landscaping of my front and rear yard. Tom walked me through the design process, gave me a few ideas and made a few site visits before the quote was done. He was helpful and answered all my questions and took the time to explain why some of the ideas I had might not work, helped me work out what sort of things would suit my place. His team was friendly and checked in with me regularly, even making sure they weren’t starting work too early for me. I am extremely happy with the result, its far better than I thought it could be, and little things like the auto sprinkler systems make it so easy to maintain. I love the use of native plants in the design, and I have had neighbours and walkers by comment how good the place looks. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom.

Communication is Key, and Tom does this very well. Always updated on what is happening and when. Ours was a bigger job, landscaping, decking, driveway and fencing, all done well, and on time, plus they look after the little things. And it all looks GREAT. 5 Star.

Tom and his team provided a detailed competitive proposal according to the brief and delivered on time, on budget. The finished project which covered the entire common area of a multi unit complex was complete and detail was excellent. Installed sprinkler system, rockeries and plantings are all doing well after approximately nine months since installation. The homeowners and neighbors are very happy and complimentary of the work ethic, result and value for money.
Tom and his team also provided a competitive weekly maintenance proposal ( currently in place) to protect homeowners investment and ongoing appearance of the building.

I had serious water runoff to deal with on a very, very steep slope. Tom put in a swale system and some rock stairs.

Tom came out to site and had a chat about our project. He was friendly and professional at the time. he left saying he would put together a quote and some project timeframes and send it through. Well, three weeks went by without hearing anything, so I sent a follow up message touching base to see how he was progressing with the quote an project timeframe. The response I got was "not going to get to your job". So we just wasted three weeks waiting, thinking our job was being quoted and if I hadn't of sent a message to follow up, who knows how long I would have been waiting. Very unprofessional....its not hard to communicate.
