Thallon Grain Silos

Great stop to stretch your leg or camp over night! If you are hooking up to power ($10p/n), you pay at the pub around the corner! You also can grab a decent pub feed there

Great place for a quick break or there's a powered camping sites available as well.

Beautiful artwork. There is a viewing area a short walk up a mound of dirt to see the silos, however they can still be viewed from below. A short drive off the highway and we'll signposted.

Great job painting the silos i understand they are lit at night an you cancamp in sight of them toilets there too water &power but u must book that at the hotel

Several ways to Thallon, keep in mind the shortest distance requires 23km unsealed road.

So pleased we made a special detour to view Silos. The Silos were amazing 👏

Nice. Sadly you can t get too close and there is a pile of grain in front. But still nice later in the afternoon.

Brilliant art, good camp-site, clean showers and toilets.

On our way to lightening ridge we stopped in to see this one, and we weren’t disappointed.

What an incredible talent to paint such a glorious scenes. Our Australian silos are iconic. Definitely worth stopping in to view.

Great place to stay for the night and of course check out the grain silos. Worth the detour for any trip.

The Mural art was amazing with the free camping right next door with hot showers & flush toilets. While the town is small the people are very friendly. Visit the pub & coffee shop, both great places with good people.

An amazing mural. Worth a visit, sadly you can only get as close to silos as you can the Egyptian Pyramids! Those with a mobile phone camera well not quite get that once in a lifetime photo.
