Woodford Family Medical Centre - Local Family Doctors

Woodford Family Medical Centre are truly interested in caring for their patients. The reception staff are very accommodating and caring. Recently I rang quite distressed about a test that i required. They fitted me in THAT DAY!! The doctors are very professional and knowledgeable - and sympathetic. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone.

Always friendly and welcoming. Doctors are very knowledgeable and have always listened and helped me navigate my illnesses.
I do feel they work very hard, and I am also grateful and blessed to be eligible for bulk billing. It is very helpful because a visit to the doctor for my husband who is 4 years younger than myself has a large gap. Unfortunately, he does not qualify for a pension for 2 more years. Thank you for being so kind to us old age pensioners it is so appreciated.

I needed to see a doctor yesterday was really feeling pretty crook as I had a bad head cold but after having covid previously in the year just wanted to have my chest checked as I have underlying issues and am nearly 71. I got an appointment at 4.15 p.m. with a lovely doctor and the receptionist could not have been any nicer. 10 points for service. Felt like this practice was reminiscent of the old days when you could see a doctor when you were sick. Well done Woodford Family Medical Centre keep up the good work.

I was impressed that I, a new patient, could get a same day appointment for a start. Receptionists were pleasant and helpful and my new doctor was professional, seemed interested and more importantly, knew immediately how to deal with my problem.

Cut my arm and needed stitches on a Friday afternoon. Not only did they attended to me but the service was the best I have experienced.

My first visit to the clinic was a really good experience for me. Dr Shafiq was there to help me and will now be my permanent doctor, answered all my questions and made some sound suggestions. Really lovely person.

This medical centre has cared for my family for many years. We've been looked after as if we were their family. Sometimes there is a wait when you arrive for an appointment. I know from experience if there's an emergency or extra time is needed, that throws the schedule behind. For that reason, I don't mind waiting. They've worked hard to keep everyone safe and well during this current pandemic. I don't know what we'd do without them.

I love this surgery. The girls on the front desk always accommodating and cheerie. Equally compassionate and sensitive if you are quite unwell. They will always try and get you an app with your doctor even when busy. Dr Zoey is hands down the best GP I have had my whole life - attentive, caring, remembers you, sensitive, compassionate, extremely competent and wirks well as part of a multidisciplinary team of treatment specialists dealing with an individuals health issues. I would highly recommend this Family Medical Centre

Friendly doctors and receptionists. Dr Namrah actually goes into detail about possible diagnoses and seems like she cares which is rare for doctors these days. However.... don’t appreciate being labelled anorexic when I workout everyday and eat healthy 😕

Very friendly reception and staff. Dr. Sam Hashem is caring, comprehensive, and thoroughly professional. Getting sick or having compromised health issues are assuaged by great assessment and understanding at this facility.
