Such a good service. Loaned me a wheelchair to get my partner from the car. Friendly helpful receptionist. Seen quickly. Xray across the road. What other country would you get such excellent service for free. Thank you

I don't ever write reviews, but my experience with Dr Masumeh Maarefjou has been amazing. She is the best female doctor i have ever dealt with. She is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and i can't recommend her enough.

I ran a high temp last Sunday local gp was away I went into Maroubra Medical centre didn’t know about the guidelines of booking guidelines of the medical centre Receptionist On duty Samson went out of his way to fit me into see a GP
Samson came across with great empathy and so much warmth before leaving the medical centre after been seen by gp Samson asked if everything is ok is there more I can do to help you Mr Samson empathy and warmth is truly amazing

A shout out to the medical reception staff member, Samson, who is an absolute star when it comes to customer service and a credit to Maroubra Medical & Dental Centre.
Whilst in the busy waiting area this afternoon, I witnessed Samson deal with a large number and a variety of patients (not all easy personalities).
Samson treated the patients equally with kindness and respect and was extremely helpful in finding times for scheduling appointments and assisting patients with their many Medicare rebate process/questions.
Very efficient and welcoming and warm service from Samson.

Pleasant staff, not much of a wait and you get some money back from Medicare. Been few times and always positive experience.

Highly recommend this practice as every doctor has a wealth of experience, is well managed with a wide range of medical options including an on-site treatment room, pathology and dental center plus more.

Doctors are sought after here with loyal patients, so there are long wait times (sometimes days). If urgent call centre to discuss a telehealth call even if there are none available in Hotdoc.

I had the most pleasant experience here. It was such a breath of fresh air as I feel as though other medical centres have not performed up to this standard. The specialist receptionist Lucia was lovely and handled everything about my visit discreetly and professionally, and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. I will definitely be visiting here again when I need.

Great medical centre with caring staff. John is the absolute best receptionist I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Really makes you feel comfortable, welcome, seen and appreciated as an individual. Above and beyond customer service. Would recommend to any company!

Wonderful experience with this medical centre. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Dr. Yolanda combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss everything. She's professional, knowledgable and will surely look after you. Highly recommended.

I have been to the centre 3x and each time was received courteously, and treated fabulously by each doctor each time.
The first was swift attention despite a long queue in an emergency which saw me in POW 20 minutes later.
The other two times i found reception and doctors super kind, caring, attentive and professional. Sorry to see feedback to the contrary.

I went in for a dental checkup with Dr. Khalil and found out I needed 4 wisdom teeth out. The appointment was booked within a week and the surgery was swift and easy. I cannot commend Dr. Khalil enough for his pristine skills, his generosity and for simply being a great bloke.

Cannot speak highly enough about the whole team working there, including the lovely receptionists.

5 stars: this will be my regular dentist.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. Special thanks to my main GP Selwyn Gotlieb and all the team, always kind and careful.
The doctors and nurses here are never in a hurry to push you out the door, they take care and make sure every situation is dealt with in a considered and mindful way. I also had financial issue due to illness, they helped with my paperwork in order to receive financial support from the ATO. I’m so happy and highly recommend this clinic !

The reception staff (John especially) were so kind and able to squeeze me in. The nurse was professional and doctor treated me promptly. Kind staff & very grateful to have a local GP that takes such good care of us.

Was seen without an appointment within 45mins. This was wonderful considering 2 centres couldn't see me without an appointment!

I've been to the centre for few years now, it's very nice, clean and tidy. Dr. Wassif has regularly seen me over these years and he's very polite and professional. Recently I needed some help with my work certificates and Gaetano at the centre has helped me printing and scanning all the papers, which made my life much easier.

I had a doctor for 29 years so was hard to gain trust in a new GP went to this medical center after going to 4 other GP’s and I’m very happy with the level of service and doctors on the roster especially Dr Symeou who has been very helpful with his level of care for me.

The Drs here have been fantastic, looking after my family. Would highly recommend them. Now that they take appointments only, the wait times have improved dramatically for me.

I strongly recommend Maroubra medical & Dental centre. I didn't book and visit the dental centre with my kids today. They are very kind and at a good price. Definitely I will visit again.
