Absolutely spot on meal and service! One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. All of our food came out quickly and very generous portions. Very lovely people running the restaurant. If you’re passing through you have to stop for a meal here!

Friendly staff, delicious food that is absolute value for money and generous portion size and lastly the restaurant is surrounded by lush greenery creating a relaxing atmosphere. We ordered: cheesy garlic bread, kilapatrics, seafood basket and garlic prawns (All were delicious). Will definitely be stopping in again on our travels!

Friendly family run business, the food was fresh and although we were a noisy family table, they didn't mind us at all. The garlic prawn dish and the steak were delicious.

Stopped by after visiting Paronella and have to say I’m glad we did. We were looking forward to a nice quiet dinner with a couple of beers and Muddy’s absolutely nailed it. We were the only patrons in and one of the owner’s made us feel so welcome by playing some old school Aussie classics in the background for us.
Muddy’s also doesn’t do schooners, instead going for the old school stubby’s in the cooler which we loved!!
We did have to wait a little bit for the food to be delivered, however we more than happy to enjoy the weather and cold beers on the verandah.
When the food did arrive we were blown away by how delicious everything tasted, even down to the pepper gravy which for once actually had pepper in it!
If you’re ever driving through Cardwell, it’s worth your time to stop

We had Seafood Chowder, Rump Steak & Sweet Chillie Prawns. All the meals was exceptional. Friendly service and Great atmosphere. We can totally recommend.

Again,beautiful meal,we seem to be addicted to the same 2 choices,1.garlic prawns ,always delicious, me fisherman's basket,never let me down,yum as always.
