Really appreciate the prompt service as the majority of service providers expectation was 3 week wait. To have placed the call to fix my ducted air conditioner unit in the hottest summer on record and arriving the next morning was awesome customer service. The suggestions and repair cost was exceptional reasonable.

Brad was a godsend! From a simple phone call he was able to narrow down the issue with my air conditioner, and it was clear from the short conversation that he knew the make and model well. He clearly explained the cost breakdown up front, so I knew what I was paying for. When Brad arrived and opened up the unit, he confirmed his suspicions and was well prepared, as he had a spare in his van. Within a matter of minutes the air conditioner was up and running again, which brought a huge amount of relief to me and my family. If you're looking for excellent service from a master of his trade without the unscrupulous practices and ill intent that is so prevalent among many such services, then look no further than Bears. while not the cheapest I considered the price fair for the work undertaken, all costing was provided up front when asked for their hourly rates and call out fees. I have to say you to get what you pay for.

Our airconditioning unit stopped cooling in the early New Year. I called the office number expecting to leave a message for them to listen to when they returned on 8th January, but Rob rang me back to discuss the issues. They had a technican out on the morning of 8th January to look at the issue. Very impressed with their response and professional approach.

We have an older ducted air con system, Actron, that had a fault and Actron could not get anyone to fix it for 2 weeks at least. Rang these guys and they sent Dave out to us the next day who quickly found the fault and repaired it there and then. Very knowledgeable guy and very happy with the service received from them, defo use them again.

We highly recommend Brad and the team at Bears. They have been looking after our farms 3 cold-rooms for a couple of years. In some cases weve had to call them for an urgent matter and they have helped us greatly. Recently they just helped us repair/rebuild/replace an old cold-room and they were terrific. We find them to be helpful, friendly and reasonable quoting and highly recommend this honest and reliable company.
