I like that they offer some sale items here at this outlet, although it's an outlet that's perpetually crowded. We came here a few times throughout our entire trip, whether weekday or weekend, daytime or evening time.

That said, as with anything Lululemon, if you need anything, staff is always very helpful. Suggest you try first before you know what you like and don't, and after which, just get them online.

Lululemon does have a larger store along George Street, that's newer as well. You may want to visit that outlet, since they do carry different items across stores.

Chanel’s work ethics is highly commendable.She is committed and shown professionalism in delivering her service excellence.She is always patient and accommodating. I always feel assured and comfortable with Chanel around.

Another special mention too is Hayley(from Hkg).Both display excellent interpersonal skills and both are indeed very gorgeous looking!.I definitely look forward to visiting Lululemon @Pitt Street Sydney whenever I am in NSW.

Not forgetting the rest of the team who make it a seamless experience for their customers…Good job ,Chanel and Hayley!

Situated just below Myer on Level 2 Westfield (George Street building) off Pitt Street Mall, a great new Lululemon store opening in Sydney. Always super friendly staff, providing advice on excellent long lasting clothing for all activities. Keep an eye out for their regular complementary fitness & yoga events every week.

Big shout out to Hannah! I went on a Saturday, the store was crowded and was tricky to find an available staff. I'm glad I managed to get Hannah to help me out with what I was looking for. She ran me through some options, had great knowledge of items in the store and was nice enough to run to the back room to check for sizes. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you so much Hannah for a great customer experience!

I love their service and products. I accidentally took off the label of one top and had some make up left on it. I asked if I could exchange for another product and they were kind enough to process the exchange. I’m super grateful for their patience and customer service!

Was doing some exchange due to incorrectly purchased item. The staff was very helpful, got the new item very quickly, and process the exchange and refund very quickly with no hassle. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes. Very good.

Decent quality stuff

Few key things to note:

The masks aren't graded for Covid safety and are same material as align or other lowers

If you buy any lowers and they are long to you, they offer free hemming service for a year.

Light colors have extra lining on them for giving a seamless look so same model light color will be different from darker colors

The sizes are US standard, which is good 😊 but feel free to ask for AU equivalent and the staff is quite helpful

Matthew was incredibly kind and helpful when I came in today looking for pants. When it became apparent the colour and size I needed wasn't in stock Matthew immediately helped by offering delivery and checking the stock of the George st. store which luckily had one pair left! Please give Matthew a raise!

Loads of stock. Shelves are not jammed, so stock is accessible. The staff were helpful and gave suggestions when I asked.

The shop assistant is very helpful and friendly.

Purchased some leggings in October last year and had one of the seams come u done this week (about 8 months later). Took them in store today and they exchanged them for a new pair without any questions at all as part of their quality promise. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

This is one of the reasons I only buy lululemon!
