Scone Caravan Park

Hidden down a driveway off the highway is this park. Motel style rooms, cabins and onsite vans and bring your own. An older park with facilities that are clean and presentable. Trish and Bill are friendly. Some strange signs on the office doors kind of make you feel not welcome but not the case we found. Staying for a few weeks for work. Laundry machines, clothes lines and even a bath are included in the amenities area ..and there is a campers kitchen too. Bindies are my only complaint.

P.S The rail line is right behind the park and there is a barrier wall. Most places will hear the trains here in Scone as the line does run right through the town.

this park has recently been taken over by new owners and they done a lot of work on the park looks really good !!!!!

Nice close location on the edge of town but right next door to train line which runs all night so bring earplugs. Otherwise the new very helpful owners keep the place very clean and tidy. Facilities are dated but very clean and water is hot.

OK people new owners are magnificent n very help full. Van park has been tidied up paint roads n cleanliness . You get what you pay for you can cook in most off the self cotained rooms n cabins ..ps I have stayed here 2 yrs ago n the changes are very noticeable . So a huge shout out to the new managers 🙌👍👌

Stayed in a cabin there for 4 nights, friendly staff - typical country caravan park, permanents are quick to claim the washing machines, so get over there early, otherwise a good budget park, will stay there again.
