Rick the skipper and Tim the deckhand from Airlie Beach Fishing Charters were amazing! Made sure the little one had the “best day of my life” his words! If you visiting the Whitsundays do yourself a favour and book your fishing charter with these guys highly recommend!!

Seriously an incredible day out. Tim and Rick were knowledgeable, funny and eager to help out. Caught some great fish which were very tasty. They cleaned and filleted all of it for us and put it in zip lock bags at the end. I'd definitely do this again

This charter was one of the best! Extremely well organised boat, the deckhand Ash and the Captain were very knowledgeable and friendly with all guests and did everything they could to put us on the fish. Managed to land this chonker which was a huge highlight for me! Would recommend to anyone looking for a charter in the area.

Great day out with AB fishing charters. Collected from my digs at 06:30 (no charge) and headed off just before 07:00. Spent 6 hours fishing and caught various types of Whitsunday fish, (Nannygai, Sweetlip, Coral Trout and various others). A great day made by the boys on board who attended to our tangles, took the fish off and re-baited so we could keep fishing and provided us with details on the fish caught while ensuring they were legal length. On return to the shore they filleted the fish and we all went home with a big bag of skinned and filleted fish. They dropped me back at my digs. Great value for money. I highly recommend this to all budding and enthusiastic fisherman.

Great day. Rick (skipper) and Tim (deckie to the stars), made the day extremely enjoyable. Girls win the fishing on the second day out... Would highly recommend. It's amazing how good people make a difference!!! (I wanted to add photos but didn't know how)

Great charter. A mate and I did the half day 6hour charter we were picked up from daydream island and dropped off. Caught heaps of fish had enough for dinner the next three nights. And got the restaurant at daydream to cook it up for us 👏🏼🎣🏝🍺

The experience was so Nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful; special thanks to Tim for all the attention to detail. Our family had a great time, and we definitely will come again.

Sensational” - These guys know what they are doing. The whole charter was flawless from the perfect vessel for the job “Stryker” to the amusing banter of the the crew but never under estimating the safety aspect of boating, they made sure everyone was comfortable and well hydrated with plenty of icy cold water when required. Out from the marina to the fishing grounds was a fast and exciting trip to experience the best fishing action possibly anywhere - from our fist stop, guests (me included) caught large Nanagai, Red Emperor and other reef fish while the crew flowed from person to person making sure bait and gear was kept moving - multiple stops to fish havens known only by the crew provided us with a full chiller of beautiful fish … what a day .. everybody laughing as we returned to Coral sea marina .”now that is how to experience the Whitsundays” ..Thanks Airlie Beach fishing charters … I’ll be back

Great ocean fishing experience. Billy and Brandon are very helpful and nice. We got about 10 fishes today, amazing! Thank you as we had a great experience and good fun!

Went out with Brendan and Tim with 7 of us over from WA for the first time and all I can say is these boys know their stuff,super knowledgeable about the fishing grounds and super friendly. Great banter . Best time we have had since coming over, see you boys next year hopefully.

Sent my husband and 2 friends on a 4 hour charter to bring home fresh fish for dinner. Was not disappointed. Coral trout was devoured that night and 2 nights later the shark fillets were liking eating steak, perfection.
Hubby was extremely happy with the skipper and first mate. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Great day fishing with the Skipper Brendan and an awesome deckie Billy the kid. Definitely knew their stuff and helped us bag some incredible coral trout. Bonus action with the local sea Eagles and a few turtles. Great day out. Will definately be back. Thanks fellas

I’ve gone out on a dozen trips with these legends and they are by far, the best in the game.
They are genuinely passionate about what they do, they know exactly where to take you to catch monster fish and always ensure everybody has an unforgettable experience each and every time.

The BEST morning. Great guys Tim and Skipper Brendon cheers for putting me onto my first Coral Trout not just the 1 but 2 and about 8 other mad fish red emperor and cod nanis too.

Absolutely the best fishing charter I’ve ever been on these blokes know we’re the fish are made my sons day we caught a variety of fish brendan and billy were unreal and couldn’t help enough thanks guys I’ll definitely be back

Guys were great. Knowledge was excellent and plenty of bait. Good reels and rods. Looked after my younger lad and made sure he caught a decent fish. Highly recommended.

We had a great morning out in the beautiful Whitsundays. The Airlie Fishing Charters team were great, moving us around to ensure best catch opportunities. Teenager caught the second biggest fish of the day and won’t let us forget it! Highly recommended.
