Gayndah Colonial Motor Inn

Stumbled across this little gem tired and worn out from driving all day. Couldn’t have received a warmer welcome anywhere!! Reception was easy and the room spacious, clean and very well appointed. My only regret was I didn’t order breakfast to be delivered in the breakfast hidey-hole - will have to come back- oh and it’s an 8 minute walk to the best pub in town- the Grand Hotel - highly recommend this place!!!

Had a fantastic stay - travelling with work. The Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and they ensured my 2 week stay was an effortless home away from home. Would highly recommend and I'm very much looking forward to the next visit.

Room is spotless. Beautifully clean, hats off the cleaner. I own a cleaning business, I'd definitely hire them lol.
Everything you need, friendly service, great location. Beds are comfortable, nice and firm, with thick quality pillows.
My 9 yo son loved the pool. The BBQ are is very well maintained and again very clean. Will definitely stay again. No hesitation in recommending this place. Lawn is lovely, all over extremely well maintained property.

Best place I have stayed in a long while. Still get good old fashioned country hospitality. Rooms are kept immaculate very clean and tidy. Service by reception is the best I have had a in a long while and food service to your room is so good you don’t have to go anywhere else to find somewhere to eat. This place was so nice and relaxing that we had to stay another day. Will definitely will be back the one and only place to stay next time we are in Gayndah.

5 stars!! A spotlessly clean room and everything as promised, which unfortunately is rare these days. Ron is a gentleman and it is clear that he takes absolute pride in the motel and it shows. I will be staying here again next time I come to visit. Thanks Ron and Liz.

Neat .. so clean and neat. Bed comfortable, plush towels, hot water in shower was perfect, pool so very relaxing, breakfast was delicious and the hosts are very friendly.. will definitely stay again. Thank you..

We were very happy with our accommodation at the colonial motel Gayndah . The managers were great , the rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend this motel

Very happy with our quick overnight stay after a long day of travel. The staff delivered pool towels to our room immediately and had the aircon on for our arrival. An afternoon swim and dinner delivered to our room was icing on the cake. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great stay, very clean and a comfortable bed. Excellent handy location, easy to find and tho on the main road into Gayndah was very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff, a credit to the region. Will definitely stay again!

What a lovely place to stay. So very clean and supplied everything we needed for our overnight stay. The Manager/staff were great to chat to and have a laugh. We also had dinner there and the food was beautiful..

Beautiful, clean and large room for us and two kids. The owners have so much care and thought for their motel and it shows in the cleanliness of the rooms. They are also so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this motel. 5 stars.

can say for certain when I’m passing through Gayndah I will definitely be booking another room for sure!

Absolutely lovely hotel, clean and well looked after, we arrived very late at night and the owners were very accommodating, had a lovely chat with them the following morning and they are salt of the earth people, given the opportunity we would definitely stay there again

Family room, 2 Adults, 3 teens 1 huge Bedroom with air-conditioning 2 TVs, large dining table, kitchenette bar fridge mirowave..Lovely management 😄 no hassels..late checkout by the hour as family attending a funeral..very reasonable rates, definitely would stay there again. Fantastic motel with excellent amenities. Room was very clean & modern, bathroom shower deserves a special mention as it had exceptional pressure which is very unusual to find in country motel type accommodation.
Well done to the proprietors on overall condition & presentation of the complex, we will definitely be coming back.
