Stayed there June 2021.

Over rated and over priced .Hot water didnt work 1 night but we werent told about it ( was fixed though) .

BBQ is too small for 6 people and is rusting away (Old Jumbuck style) . Nail heads in veranda are popping and you catch your feet on them.

Wasnt allowed to run an electrical lead across the ground (to charge a car battery)due to it being classified as a tripping hazard (Owner had their hose on the ground but that was considered acceptable???? WHAT THE )

The Couches come from Noah's Ark and were old 10 years ago and simply are not at all comfortable .

Shower door doesnt exist ( was a 3 part slider but only 1 fixed panel was left in position)
The grass needs a mow as it was untidy and looked messy and unkept (easy to fix ) .

The large freexer was stacked full of frozen water bottles so we had to remove them " to be able to use the freezer" .

Beds and mattresses were good and clean .

The tariff is way to dear for what youy get and there is much better value on the island to be had .
Kitchen knives etc are NOT sharp at all (liek how hard is it to get that stuff right and the ice cube trays werent filled upon arrival ( Love a bevvy when you first arrive - sorry make your own ice ......What the)

Its in need of a good make up and tidy up then it would be worth the tariff of $250-00 a night .

I would give it a rating of 2/5 im afraid .

You will also be expected to leave toilet paper behind for the next guest too ( True story ) .........we just did it
