Very good store. Today I needed to return some chairs and the shop assistant was very kind and effective. The furniture is well displayed and the food in the restaurant is very good as well and not expensive at all. I also appreciated their attention to LGBT+ families as the park spots show different variants of families, which I think it's a very nice idea. I also happened to use the toilet, and it was really clean so I think the staff is really well trained for this store. I will definitely come back sooner as I feel like I am in family.

There are a lot variety to choose from for furniture purchase . I think it helps to look online first given there are so many types in the store .
They also serve food here so come in handy after getting hungry with the shopping . Food is decent .

Excellent and tidy store. Lot of variety, but finding directions can be tricky. Staff although were very helpful. Still people keep getting lost. Parking was easy. The food there is so awesome given the prices are damn cheap.

Definitely go for the pork ribs and fries. Meat fall off the bone, so tender and well marinated.

This place is huge! Great access to parking and extremely large building. Inside feels like a mini city or airport, as there are heaps of people walking around, but didn't feel overly crowded until you get to the lower level section. Display areas especially the mini rooms are just fantastic and perfectly laid out, but follow the floor arrows as it can get disorientating. The twisting path to follow is frustrating and it is hard to find some of the short cuts so bring comfortable shoes as it's a bit of walking to be done in this place. The place is packed with product and great ideas, even food section and cafe/eatery but expect that it's not a quick in and out shopping experience if you visit.

Love this place ! The quality of their products is good with a reasonable price ! Where else to get ?!?
Their showrooms give you the inspiration how to design your bedrooms , living room ,study room , children rooms , bathroom or anything!
I can't stop imagine how to design my home , but you need to help yourself before you buy anything that isn't necessary ! Focus on what you need !
I learn how to build my own furniture too ! But i like it !

Variety of ranges in home and kitchen section. Have seen families having day out here and enjoying the kitchen bedroom study office staging areas. See some staging pictures posted as well.

IKEA. It a trip out all the time. Staff are often happy and ready to help. Drifting around with ideas for the home can be relaxing. Not so good if you hit the busy time. Cafe is good. View of the plane is good fun to watch. I like IKEA, but understand it’s not for everyone

I'm a first time visitor to IKEA and was really impressed. What a set up of displays which make it really easy to check out what you want. They have just about anything you'd want or need, and the prices aren't too bad either. Give yourself plenty of time to check it out though and there's always the cafe if you need a break.

2023:
Visited today to get some storage boxes for our camper trailer. They had what we were after. What surprised me is that they had Christmas trees, displays, and decorations up already... and it's not yet even October! Super early, but if you like to be super organised, you can buy some of your Christmas supplies here.

2020:
What can I say... what's not to like about Ikea! It's an adults playground. Has everything you'd expect from an Ikea.... kids drop off centre, food, display zone, marketplace. One thing that impressed me about Ikea is that they gave us a replacement handle for a Brimnes bed at no cost, because the other one split when put together.

The IKEA tempe has both outside and underground parking. It also has picking up and drop off area outside the building. The food and children area is located upstairs. The famous foods are the meatballs. At the moment they have family dinner specials for 2 of 8 and 2 of 5 meat balls plates plus two jellys for $29 dollars if you have IKEA family membership. The ice cream and hot dog are located downstairs after checking out near the exit.

The besta TV cabinet combo looks great.
The staff helped us custom it in the store so we could pick and choose all the drawers and shelves to our liking. We got it in the black/brown finish because the black gloss was going to be too hard to keep clean from finger marks.

Don't even attempt to assemble it yourself. We paid about 200 for the Ikea assembly service and it was so worth it (paid for delivery as well). The assembly guy was friendly, professional and knew exactly what to do. The whole thing came together quick snap and is super sturdy, no mess no fuss. We haven't secured it to the wall because there's nothing heavy in the shelves and it doesn't seem to rock or tilt.

We got glass shelves instead of wood so we could also install the Ikea mittled light at the top and have the light shine through the entire shelf and multiple rows from the top (pic at night with the light on). It looks great, good quality for value and doesn't have a cheap ikea vibe at all.

We also returned unopened items that we bought over 2 yrs ago and the staff were lovely about it, gave us store credit, no problems whatsoever.

Oh. My. God! I loved it. So much stuff. Great atmosphere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. All the items for sale were of exceptional quality, and so much of it. We drove 250km to just visit IKEA and we're not left disappointed. We ate in the restaurant and it wasn't too busy. The food was on the upper side of ok. Not "great" but pretty good. Will be back again next time we are in Sydney.

My goto store for a lot of home improvement projects. This is the usual place to get a lot of items for kitchen, bathroom and shelves. Been using ikea for like 20+ years and always had good experience with their products. Note however prices have been going up steadily as of recent. Love the Tempe store as it’s big and has plenty of parking. Their restaurant is also a good highlight of our visits.

This place is a maze. If you're looking to get 1 thing from Ikea and quickly pop in for 10 minutes, get ready to leave with 50 and take a day off work the next day cause you'll be in here for at least 2 days.

Even though its hard to find stuff, the staff are super helpful which makes up for it.

Place is clean, nicely organized.

Great place to be for a whole day for everyone in the family! So many inspirations around designing spaces in the house. I’ve been loving their storage and organising stuff. Just brilliant!
And how to end the trip - a visit to their food court and enjoy the Swedish meatball meal. Another cheap and delicious snack is located right in front of the cashier - menu combos of hot dog, soft serve and free fill soft drinks only $4.5 (yay for budget meal ideas).

I came to this IKEA for the first time after always shopping at Rhodes. I used the click and collect service which was seamless. The car park was well signed unlike the labyrinth at Rhodes. It took me a total of 3 minutes from car and back to collect my order. I will be visiting Tempe IKEA in future.

We love going as a family and browsing for things we don't need but want. We were tempted to have dinner there as they have a great special for $27 for two adult meatball and mash, two kids meatballs and mash with a jelly each.
