By far my favourite cafe! The food is real and fresh with generous portions, the service is always great. They have freshly pressed orange juice too. Definitely worth a try!

The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming. Great selection of food and coffee (including some grab and go coffee and breakfast roll combo deals), or more substantial food if you want.

Everyone works hard here to ensure customers have great food and coffee - highly recommend dropping in!

Hot tip - one of the few places that tends to be open on public holidays like New Years Day - so a great option. This place is family friendly and LGBT+ friendly.

This is our favourite coffee and food spot in Newtown. Delicious and humble food, warm and friendly service, inviting and non-pretentious atmosphere.

Sasi is a friendly guy and makes amazing coffee. Went in here over a year ago cause the line at the place next door was out the door and haven’t looked back. The oat milk lattes and caps can’t be matched on King St. BLAT wrap with chicken is the best wrap I’ve ever eaten. Poached eggs on sourdough with mushrooms highly recommended. If it’s not on the menu they will probably make it for you (within reason). Plus the pricing is very reasonable. Definitely worth a look if you’re u are down South King.

I love the orange juice , very fresh. We ordered the martini chicken burger with bacon which was so yummy and tasty.

The breakfast burgers are fantastic. Great coffee. The man who makes the coffee is so lovely. Love the decor as well.

The food and coffee is always very good here. Service is super friendly and timely. It’s a little dated, sure, but you can’t go past it for a tasty feed! It’s prices are more reasonable than others on the this little strip of King Street! The BLAT Burger is awesome!

It is an old place which really needs updating. They have a backyard which was shut.. seems like waste of valuable space

But I could not fault the service nor the food. Both were exemplary. Everyone enjoyed what they ate and drank. my friend and I ordered the salmon stack.. scrumptious... my friend didnt want her egg so I said I would have it. The lovely wait person brought it to the table in separate bowl.. impressive and much appreciated

It was a pleasure to have a breakfast. The Avo Breakky was very good ( the presentation, the portion, the flavor) and the mango frappe was awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Martinis is a Newtown institution. I go out of my way to get coffee here. Highly recommended.

Cannot believe how my husband and I didn't notice this place before! Was in a bit of a rush today and forgot to take food pics, but my husband happily ate his meal! Definitely will visit again and try some more dishes! Awesome vibe and rather spacious (has a courtyard in the back)
