Swell at blueys

We had a magic week at Swell before Christmas with the family.
Already when entering the hidden courtyard you feel as if you have been transported to a different world. Lush greenery, an open stone bath and outside shower invite you to relax and enjoy.
The house is beautifully appointed in a lovely combination of beach vibe and luxury. The beds are very comfortable and the linen just beautiful. Amenities from Leif make you linger in the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed and a Nespresso machine and capsules are at the ready for a well earned coffee upon arrival. Access to the beach is just through the back door and down a set of stairs. You can park your tent on the beach and keep it there for the whole day, coming and going as you please. A great feature when you have young children in tow. All in all it is a property that delivers what it promises. We had a great time and very much enjoyed the scenery and the house.

We came together for the happiest Family Holiday at Swell over the New Year period. Instant calm and relaxation transcended us all the minute we walked in the Door and it stayed that way for 10 days! Brilliant ocean front position with cleverly created spaces to spread out for "me time" and gather together. Thank you Toni and Angeleque from Hola Palms. Impressive hosting.

Swell at Blueys is a slice of heaven. That incredible vista! It's the most luxurious home. Take me back! It's the type of place where time slows down and even the simplest things like a quickly prepared family meal become a celebration. We stayed at Swell a few years ago, before Toni renovated it and could not wait for our next visit. Even then, we were floored by the location and layout of the home. We were lucky enough to get back there and enjoy the renovated delight that is Swell in late Jan, 2021. Holy wow! It is the most beautiful home I have ever set foot in. My family and I felt spoilt rotten by the lush surrounds. And Toni went totally above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. She made the entire experience all the more memorable with her kindness and lovely treats she left for my birthday :) To say that we feel lucky to have enjoyed this incredible piece of the world for a couple of days is an understatement. We are itching to get back. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is everything you could hope for and more.

We can't recommend Swell at Blueys highly enough. We had a fabulous time there. Blueys Beach is a great spot - incredible beaches, beautiful hinterland, lovely little town with great local produce. But the home... stunning and yet incredibly comfortable. We had 3 family groups staying together for over a week and the place was just perfect to accommodate us all. There were great communal areas, but also lots of nooks and crannies to find solitude when required. We felt very at home and naturally sad to leave.

The amenities in the home were outstanding. Kitchens had several fridges, great ovens and every appliance you could think of. There were a few additional items we needed for some gourmet cooking over Christmas/New Year and Toni happily arranged these for us prior to our arrival. Toni's communication and willingness to respond to any issue presented was exceptional. We faced significant uncertainly before and during our stay with Covid and border closures, but Toni was incredibly accomodating and gracious in considering our needs. The list of things we could thank Toni for is long... she certainly went way above and beyond.

A memorable holiday indeed. Perfect. We would happily go back again... and again...

What a place! What a view! And to top it off, Toni goes way above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The place is so comfortable. Great kitchen(s) for group dinners too. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

This place is the most relaxing place on earth. Endless sea views, tropical garden hideaways and gorgeous timber details throughout. The pavilion is a particular highlight with everything at scale – feature pitched ceiling and large tiles throughout – I'm hooked and hopefully a regular!
