We visited from Melbourne and everything we tried was amazing. The toasties, the crossaints, the coffee, all delicious!!! We will be returning to Byron, just to visit Masa! Please open a bakery in Melbourne, nothing else compares, the standard has reached a new high!

Enjoy the asmophere there while having holiday in Byron bay and after seeing the sunrise in light tower at 6:30am. It just prefect time to back to town and found this coffee shop just open at 7am. We are a group of family. The coffee are just soso, but the croissants are wonderful. Highly recommended the salty flavour.

Croissants were good! Probably excellent for Byron Bay. Not the best I have had (I still rate LODE Sydney as my best) but it was good. Pistachio lime waas crispy eith good amount of filling. Coconut brioche tasted more like a donut with the filling. Stick to croissants here. Coffee was good.

Sooo good, must go!
Fresh, tasty, fattening, all the good things.
The sourdough bread and coffee were also a hit.

If you ask me what I missed about Byron Bay, I would say the pastries that I ate at Masa. The croissants and scrolls were flawless in texture, combined with perfectly executed flavour combinations. While the prices are high, you're paying for quality and it was an experience well worth the money. In addition, the coffee there was rock solid and very well priced.

Oof, Lune has some competition now. The pastries on these croissants are slightly less crispier than Lune but the fillings and ingenious flavours are much more stunning and amazing.

The eggplant croissant was much better than expected. You expect a soggy eggplant but it was really creamy and nice. The macadamia cruffin was an ingenious construction.

The pork sausage croissant was really nice and the chocolate hazelnut croissant was also really nice.

This is definitely one place I will remember on our trip to the beautiful Byron Bay!

We were lucky enough to stumble onto this beautiful looking bakery in the heart of the industrial area in Byron.

What can I say.. this is hands down the best and tastiest sausage roll I have ever had..

The pork and fennel melted in my mouth and the crisp of the outer crust was actually perfect (yes it was really)
The sauce that was paired with it was perfect and not over powering at all.

The cleanliness of the store was amazing and the staff were not only friendly but helpful.

If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would.

If you're in Byron Bay please this is a must!

Although before tasting I thought it was a bit expensive it definitely worth!
I’ve never had such an artistic croissant and Danish.

My favorite is Salted Almond. It is crispy outside, and the inside is moist and flavorful of butter.
Salted caramel almond on the surface gives accent to the bread.

I will come back here soon to try on Maple Bacon which was sold out right before me.

If you are coming to Byron Bay this place is a must they do the most amazing freshly baked bread. Crispy and satisfying to eat with the perfect toppings. Highly recommend this spot, my family came here 3 out of the 5 days we were here.

Insanely unbelievably insanely good. I don’t know what they put in their pastries but it’s so addictively good that we are going there again tomorrow! A must visit if you are in Byron. No exceptions. It’s too damn good.

AAAmazing! What a cool wee spot with such an awesome vibe. The general styling and vibe of the store is awesome. I simply loved the benchtop with bread treats laid out in all their glory. Simple and elegant. The bakery treats were amazing! I wanted to try one of everything but that would have just been greedy. Lol. Will definitely be back to try some more next time in Byron. Coffee was made perfectly and I drink and Almond Cap so not the easiest. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Don't just take my word for it, pop in and have your senses tingled 🤙

Good quality croissants but I would still rate Lune above them. There were heaps of exotic and interesting flavours to choose from. But my favourite was still the plain croissant!

Where do I start!

We always go here when we go to Byron as they never disapoint in quality and in service!

Place itself is modern industrial that still goves you a spacious feel. A clean open plan bakery/workshop always works!

Fast service- been here whennit’s slow or busy and we never waited for long!

Pastry- 5 stars. They’ve perfected the art and craft of flaky pastry. We love our croissants and we would rate this one of the best (no need to cue for looong lines haha)

Our favorite is their double chocolate croissant, Eggplant Croissant and Pork Scroll (I think).

Double chocolate Croissant- why not.

Eggplant Croissant- personal fave! I mean the savory earthiness of eggplant , that sauce and that pastry ( perfect combos)

Pork Scroll- i think the winner was the sauce on the side. Not sure if it was a smoky tomato cream sauce, or chipotle or both but it the flavors are umami at its finest!

Will always always go back!
