Bruns Bakery

Until the day I visited I was unaware of the existence of the Lamington. The Turkish bread with halloumi was known to me, but nevertheless not less tasty! They grill the sandwich for you which makes it even more delicious. Good portions too! Back to the Lamington, it goes really well for dessert with a good cup of coffee ;)

Great bakery and vibe. Classic town bakery. Also they provide a full cup of tomato sauce if you ask for free.

Driving up the highway had a craving for a pie 🥧…. Found this one bakery on google and the reviews are correct!! The bakery is sensational!!! I am a baker and a hard critic but have to say if I was to have a bakery this would be it!! Must try the Thai chicken pie!!

Went for breakfast, had an iced coffee and a wrap (not photographed). Both were delicious. Friendly efficient staff, lots of food options available. Plenty of seating too.

Wow what a great place everything was spot on. The mushroom pie 🥧 was terrific and so was the chicken sandwich.

Very impressive bakery. We were here for the lunchtime pies and my Thai chicken was the bomb. Very busy but good friendly service Love how you can watch the pies being made and baked. The cakes looked delicious so maybe next time They have a big selection of readymade lunchtime rolls and international breads also Oh and unlike some bakeries, they know how to make good coffee. Highly recommended for bakery lovers
Went back today for a sweet beef and mushroom pie. Reckon the mushrooms were fresh when cooked because they really had some flavour.

Absolutely beautiful food. The pulled pork roll was the perfect balance of sweet and hearty, bread rolls light and fluffy, tarts pastry melts in the mouth. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. Great coffee. So glad we visited

Very good bakery with very good and affordable food. It was a little bit crazy and unclear to order because there were a lot of people ordering while some were waiting but you there was still quick service. The food was very good and I got a good portioned lunch for about $8 per person. The style was very nice gave a nice ambience to the place.
Would definitely recommend!

Hands down best bakery we’ve ever been to. Every time we visit Brunswick Heads, we get breakfast (which always includes a cake/slice each, because yolo) and it is seriously AMAZING! Do not miss this place if you are visiting or passing through Brunswick Heads 😊

The Cheese Cake is as good as World Famous Juniors in New York

We stopped by Brunswick Heads just by chance driving between Sydney and the Gold Coast (the old man needed a nature break😁) and discoverd this place purley by chance..we ordered coffee and a slice of plain cheese cake to share....we have travelled the world over and this is the best piece of cheesecake either of us have head, including New York city.

The most deliciously scrumptious desserts in existence!
We ordered 75 desserts in a variety of flavours for our wedding and the whole lot were gone within minutes, which is definitely testament to how yummy they all are.

Holy heck, the lamb and rosemary pie here is tying for top spot of best pie I've ever had in my life. YUM. No mince/mystery meat here, just big chunks and gravy. Delicious.
Blueberry walnut slice is super yummy, lemon tart a smidge too sweet for my liking, but still excellent pastry. Beautiful ambience too :)

The sausage roll is the best I've ever had.
A must have whenever we visit Brunswick.
Always busy but the service is prompt regardless.
There's a cute outdoor area down the back which is lovely too.
They also do a solid coffee!

Just love this place: great food and coffee and welcoming atmosphere. Lovely helpful staff. You should see their salad rolls. Now a year later, mid Covid, and still a cracking place! And now another year further on, Covid retreating sort-of, and this place is still the best place in town. Coeliacs take heart, some new scrumptious gf treats are on hand. Check out lovely little tarts. And... Another year on, Feb 2023, we're even happier because one of their most gorgeous waitresses is back!

I had a lovely experience here, nothing like a nice hot pie on a rainy day. The pie was of great quality. The staff were lovely and friendly, extremely accommodating to customer requests. Had a nice choccy milk, that was good. I also had a cupcake, and it was a very beautiful cupcake, very tasty too.

Would recommend.

Stopped past today after seeing some reviews by Pyney, and definitely was not disappointed, was hooing for a curry steak but none there, but the plulled pork and thai chicken were sensational up there with the best pies we've had.

Pretty easy to see why this is one of the most popular spots in Bruns. Great baked treats, sandwiches, pies n sausage rolls. We took our food out to the park, as the bakery was absolutely packed - 9am holidays rush :)

Coffee was ok, service was friendly, overall very good.

Got up early this morning drove down to Brunswick Heads,cafe were busy park out front of the bakery knowing I'm barred from all bakery's world wide, I will be strong order a flat white and a BLT toasted great coffee Blt freshly made bun and toasted high quality ingredient and real good coffee and the best freindly staff good value I don't give out 5s
