I highly recommend the Pilates Academy! Andrea is an incredible teacher and instructor - she is so caring and attentive. I have felt my body getting stronger and stronger with each session. The small classes allow for Andrea's focused attention so you know you are doing the exercises and movements correctly. My Neuro Muscular Treatment with Damian was so intriguing and definitely helped with my pilates technique. These lovely people are so passionate about what they do!

I chose to begin my pilates journey at Pilates Academy Byron Bay and I couldn't be happier with my decision!
Not only is the space beautiful but the classes a small and intimate, which makes the learning experience of the traditional pilates method excellent.
The energy in the studio is incredible, I always feel happy to arrive! Andrea is so passionate and encouraging that it's kept me motivated and inspired to continue. I've learnt so much about my body in the past year simply through Andrea's knowledge and instruction.

I've worked with my body for over 40 years and only just discovered classical Pilates. I LOVE what it has taught me about my body! The principle instructor Andrea, has an eagle-eye and ensures I don't stray off into poor body mechanics. At 59 years I feel I am getting stronger and my posture is improving. I can't recommend this place highly enough! True Pilates!

Pilates Academy Byron Bay is the real deal! It’s wonderful to have a professionally trained instruction who has the depth of knowledge and experience as Andrea does. If you want to be trained by someone who knows the real Pilates then you should check them out.

Highly recommended! Andrea and Damian are very committed to the traditional pilates, great teachers, they are so attentive and caring with what your body needs, without getting you to go too far just to be able to do some of the "insta" poses you see nowadays, they are fully interested and committed to work to help you understand how your body works and respect its limitations while getting it to the results you want...I feel safe and stronger nowadays then in a lot of studios I've been around here!

The best Pilates in Byron!! These guys always take the style/method created by the original founder of Pilates, Joseph Pilates, very seriously but we’re always laughing too!!! These guys are great, couldn’t recommend more highly!!

I have found the Pilates Academy to be excelent. Beautiful clean and light space with experienced instructors and personalised classes.
I love how fluidly my body moves after each class. It definetly helped me to overcome my neck and shoulder pain, and within a short time I could already see the results.
They have a variety of classes so you can choose what fits better for you and it`s possible to easily book classes online. I also reccomend to have a Neuro Muscular Therapy session with them. I did it and found it great!

Andrea and Damo run a great studio here, they're both very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Class sizes are small and they are always helping individuals with their technique.
