Saw James Taylor, great venue, excellent acoustics, seats have good views and staff are very supportive. Good atmosphere although a large crowd still felt close and personal. Highly recommend seeing a live music event at the ICC.

Saw Jackson Browne there. First time to that theatre and it is great for watching shows. Great snack bar. Definitely can recommend the pumpkin aranchini if on offer! Staff were friendly.

Such a lovely place to spend the night with loved ones while watching great performances! The seating is amazing, no matter where you sit you have a great view of the stage & tv’s showing the stage in greater detail to those sitting higher up!!

really nice theatre very conveniently located in Sydney cbd. staff and crowd control were great, they responded well to a male dominated event by repurposing some of the female toilets so there were less queues.

as another comment noted, Pepsi only. had a really strange interaction on the first day trying to buy the protein snack listed on the menu but the person serving me said they couldn't actually sell them to me for some reason. my partner managed to get them for me from the downstairs vendor. 🤷

Being a new venue, Aware Super Theatre is modern and state of the art. The theatre is easy to navigate with lifts, escalators and stairs - so all options are covered. There are several merch stalls as well as food and beverage stands so even through there are queues, they move pretty fast. Toilets are clean and plentiful. Seats inside the area are comfy and have cup holders. It is worth spending extra on tickets on the lower levels as the up sections are really quite high and probably not the best option for people with mobility issues, elderly etc.
Access to the arena via the car park is a bit confusing as security ushers all the way around barricades in front of the harbour which doesn’t make a lot of sense.
The American Express Lounge is nice and food options are pretty good but not enough seats to accommodate crowd. The exit is also silly as staff send patrons down the stairs only to have to come back up again rather than letting patrons leave via the same entry.

Another terrific concert experience. This venue is terrific in combining the stadium experience with an intimate atmosphere
Harry Connick Jnr tonight - and I wish I had tickets to go again tomorrow night

Great venue accommodating up to 9000 people. Came here for the first time to see Charlie Puth who was supported by Joy. Good signage and easy to find your way around. Great sightlines from most seats, although we were in the standing area up close to the action.

Watched Il Divo 2023. The sound was perfect, the view was amazing and I was situated quite far back. I've been here before many years ago for again Il Divo but they have done a fantastic job in the renovations. Great theatre.

We went to Riverdance 25th Anniversary last night.

The venue apparently holds 9,000 people, and I think ICC had about 18,000 staff there to help them - there were guides and helpers everywhere!!

It would be impossible to not find your way to your seat - there was someone stationed about every 10m to help people, and every staff member we met was very friendly, really knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

The facilities were pristine - even the toilets on an insanely busy night were immaculate.

If you have any portable cushions, or lumbar supports, or pretty much anything that might make a seat feel more comfortable - then bring it, you’ll definitely NEED it - I think they got their seats in bulk from a medieval torture supplies company.

All up they made the night an easy and pleasant experience.

Fantastic venue for concerts, shows. The venue has multiple exits and entries making coming in and out easy especially with all the crowds. Adequate number of toilets and bars. Acoustics are great and the seats are really comfortable with they have cup holders. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Huge space, great auditorium for music and comedians etc. I believe 9000 seats in about 6 tiers, the highest tiers are really quite high. Very easy to get in and out. Quite a few food and drink counters which close as the show starts. Decent drinks on offer, not just the rubbish stuff.

Visited Aware Super Theatre for the first time to see the Pentatonix in Concert. Great theatre with multiple entries. Very clean and well appointed theatre. For the capacity of the theatre and being at a sold out show no waits for toilets or to order food and drink. The food and beverage offerings is in plenty with a great variety and the team are really friendly and helpful. Well managed theatre. The seats are a little uncomfortable but every seat has a great view and you can see over the person in front of you. Great audio throughout the whole venue. On leaving there is multiple exits so there is no queue to leave the venue.
Highly recommend coming to see any show

Nice theatre, saw Andrew Shulz with a sold out show, it wasn't too crowded or take a long time to get out. Also plenty of parking right at the venue.

What an amazing experience!!! Highly recommend Aware Super Theatre. Took my autistic son to see his idol " Darren Hayes " We had waited so long to make his dream come true ( 20 years ) . The staff were polite & professional. Food & drink was available to purchase. The cleanliness & atmosphere were great. But best of all, Darren Hayes was brilliant!!! Please watch the attached video to see my sons reaction finally seeing his favourite person on the world 🫶

We went to the theatre for Andrew Schulz show. The sound was perfect. The gigantic screens were perfect to see the comedian as the theatre is big, and for a stand-up comedy show or one-man show is the best. The lighting is good too, even if it can improve, maybe in bigger shows with more attention and details, is better. Entrance and exit was pretty easy and enough space to not make it a claustrophobic atmosphere. Parkings are nearby, and there are some good choices to eat/drink once the show is over. Ah, their canteen serves alcoholics which was cool for this kind of show.

"A Theatrical eSports Saga with a Dash of Reality"

As a guest of the Intel Masters during the recent SXSW, I found myself amidst a theatrical saga at the Super Aware Theatre. The event was nothing short of an eSports spectacle, with the world's crème de la crème of Counter-Strike teams battling it out for glory and a hefty prize pool of $250,000 USD.

The VIP experience was a royal affair, orchestrated to the T by a crew that seemed to have mastered the art of hospitality. The ambiance was electric, with an iconic crowd that lived up to its reputation of being one of the best in eSports.

However, every saga has its dose of reality, and the reality check here were the toilets post-event. It seemed like tens of thousands of teenagers to twenty something boys had attended a beans and beer convention right before gracing the venue. The facilities were great but bore the brunt of the youthful onslaught, making a visit a venture for only the brave-hearted.

In spite of the lavatorial letdown, the event was a resounding success, well deserving of a 6 out of 5 stars rating. Yet, owing to the loo fiasco, I had to dock a star, begrudgingly settling for a 5 out of 5. The Super Aware Theatre surely lived up to its name, making everyone super aware of the aftermath of a horde of excited gamers on a toilet system. Has anyone seen Mario? We need a plumber 🪠.

Great venue to see Liam Gallagher, he even commented on how awesome it was, himself! Seating was great, I could see without straining and even though it was huge crowd, getting out afterwards was super efficient and fast. Sound was pretty good and the lighting was excellent.

Such a great experience at the ICC Theatre for the Brent Faiyaz concert tonight! A special thanks to Sofia, Vicky and Fish who assisted us at the gates. We arrived late and they were kind, informative and made us feel very welcomed. Helpful and capable staff makes such a difference when attending these types of events!

Huge theatre, fairly easy to find, the screens are a good touch but the speakers were a little distorted during The 1975. Awesome show though and awesome venue.
