Scott at Evolve has helped me immensely with back pain. He is very skilled and highly knowledgeable. And also very versatile, sessions include acupuncture, cupping, massage, posture corrections and handy exercises for home. I cannot recommend him enough!

Scott ans his team are very professional. He gives another perspective about Pilates, its no only another class, during the sessions he brings value information about the kind of muscles and how they work together. I have been practice Yoga for many years making mistakes, working with muscles I shouldn't and blocking another ones in the wrong way. Now I feel more confident with my Asanas without fear of injuries in a more efficient way.

Over the last month I have been most impressed by Scott's thorough and up to date knowledge of the interconnected workings of the human body. He has a deep and holistic knowledge and a thirst and open mindedness to stay cutting edge with modern science. He draws from a wide range of study disciplines to prescribe appropriate treatment that is suited the the clients body and lifestyle. He understands the needs of short and long term goals and keeping the client informed of the reasoning behind the treatment at every step in order to better manage the recovery. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Scott and the team at Evolve Pilates. Caring, passionate and extremely knowledgeable. Scott involves you in a recovery process by setting goals through assigning exercises that are achievable and fun.

I went to see Scott on the recommendation from a colleague suffering lower back spasm, which left me walking like a crooked C-3PO. Through a combination of techniques and following his stretching and core strengthening exercises my back continues to stabilise and my mobility is almost completely restored. Actually Greg Briggs here - Scott is the person I have worked with for the past few months. He is a master of the musculoskeletal system - how to repair it and how to keep it moving properly. If it can be fixed without surgery - he is the guy to see... Top marks from me.

Horrible experience!

I waited almost 10 mins while Scott the physio messed around on the computer with no indication how long I had to wait. I had a busy day, so had to leave.

Scott then promised a refund on the day but of course, this didn’t happen. I then called Scott only to have him yell and talk over the top of me on the phone - a strange way to treat a customer.

Waited two weeks and no refund was given (payment is taken through the online booking service before you arrive).

The arrogance here is mind-blowing. Scott - you need a serious lesson in customer service and I have never experienced any business that has promised a refund and not honoured this promise. This is deceitful, cunning and dishonest.

If you need the money that bad, have it.
