Amazing customer service for their online store! I recently ordered a number of items including a wash bag that was delivered to me with the wrong monogram. When I emailed to let them know, I got a reply in hours (thanks, Jordan!) and a replacement delivered in 2 days - and no need to return the original! The whole experience was helpful, stress-free and speedy - can't recommend enough!
