My little girl has type 1 diabetes and we use AMSL products to help her manage it. I have to say, not only are the products the best on the market (the Dexom G5, for instance), their service is some of the best I've ever experienced (no exaggeration). We have called their 24 hour help line several times at really odd times of the day and on weekends and they respond rapidly with really knowledgeable, kind and helpful people, every time. Their local rep, Philippa, here in WA is equally amazing and has helped us no end. There are few companies I would rave about but these guys have earned it.

Today I reviewed my experiences with the Dexcom G6 - they were all positive and as I said, am extremely pleased & grateful for this technology as a newbie to Type 1 diabetes. Am in my late 70s!

As a health care professional I have been quite disappointed with the service and follow up provided by the diabtees division. I truly feel for patients who need to deal with AMSL

Simply impossible to get hold of. Don't return emails, or honour the call back feature their recorded message states exists. Disgusting.

*UPDATE - 4 months later* My issues with these products were never resolved. I've also just gone to update to the new T-Slim software today, and it's completely impossible to do so. Checking Reddit and the like shows it's a widespread issue. AMSL, you are garbage.

(Note if you search "AMSL", vs. "AMSL Diabetes", there's two Google profiles for the exact same business & location. While one has 4.7 stars at the time of writing, the other has 3.1 stars. One wonders if this was purposeful...)

My allagie medication was not sent, tho they have emailed me confriming that is sent to spain.

I have been abused by the staff, will let me speak at all to explain. medication order has taken three month sometime.

This company customer service has been terrible. I put through a payment in March and was told my allergy substances would take 10 weeks to arrive. I called once after 2.5 months and was told to wait a bit longer. Called again at the 5 month mark and was told that my payment and order didn't go through because I didn't have sufficient funds in my account. I was told that they had called me once but because I didn't answer the call they cancelled my order. They never emailed me or tried to get in contact with me again to try work out payment. When I put a new order through with new payment details the other day, I received an email saying my payment couldn't go through again. I called the office and for some reason they were using my old card details from 5 months ago, which showed that they didn't even open the new document with new details that was sent through. I paid for the product over the phone, 5 minutes later I checked the receipt and instead of charging me $450 they had charged me $4500. Luckily I caught it in time and called back. When I told the woman on the phone about this she laughed and changed the payment. I had to ask her to apologise and recognise her mistake.

How can admin be so bad? They literally didn't read my email and didn't check what numbers they put through the payment system!!!

Shocking that my health is reliant on people who seemingly don't care at all.

Ordered a trial kit. 3.5 weeks to get to me. Arrives with no instructions. First sensor fails to go in but the second one does. Downloaded the app and my phone is not compatible. Went to lodge a request for some instructions to be included. Got a call from a patronising rep who said I should have gotten instructions in email (they went to junk mail it appears) and that I should have called them as they are 24/7 (like I should know). Then that I should purchase an older phone to run it. Hung up on me when I asked her name. Remember this is a trial of my first CGM.

Awful customer service. Don’t respond to emails for days. Pretty anxiety inducing for patients who are trying to obtain treatment. It’s also disrespectful when the treatment itself is at an exorbitant cost. When I called to follow up, I was treated as though I was the annoyance in this interaction when I had received no communication or charges to my account indicating any processing.
