I am in love with the black blaze products. The scents of the candles and melts are amazing and really good quality. I also ordered a oasis wine and champagne cooler as a gift and it is stunning. Once again I can't go past the amazing quality of the black blaze range of products. I am so happy I found this company. Shipping is also fast and the customer service is great. I Love supporting an Australian company. Great work guys.

All I can say is wow. The BLACK BLAZE team provided hands down the best customer service I've experienced. I enquired about stock of an item at 12pm and received a reply a couple of mins after, saying stock was gone but could be dropped off tomorrow in the morning. However, I needed the item now. Hearing my dilemma, the team proceeded to get the item immediately express delivered from their warehouse to the store in the next few hours and then remained open for an extra hour beyond their normal closing hours just to accommodate me. This is truly above and beyond customer service. Love the products and it made for fantastic gifts.
