Taste of Spicy

I love this place,my new favourite Chinese restaurant. The staff is very nice and helpful,the food is so tasty and the portions so big. The atmosphere is also very nice and very clean. The price is also more than reasonable. Will definitely come back

Didn't ask for the gift, but the owner gave us an extra dish as inconvenience to shuffle us around the table, very polite. The food was nice as well

We had a fun time here. The food's really good and the staff are so nice, they didn't rush us, making us enjoy every little thing about this place.

Yummy food, fast, friendly and casual. As westerners the food was very spicy but not so hot that we couldn’t enjoy it. They say they accept Amex but ours didn’t work so had to pay with another card. Saying all that, we will definitely be back!!

除了太鹹一切都好

Reasonable local, Sichuan Chinese food with a good range of choices on offer. Quick service. Order by the QR code. The fish stew $29 was delicious with finely sliced fish fillets, good to share for two or three people. The steamed chicken in chilli oil $13.80 had the delicious flavour but the portion of the meat could be bigger as it was mostly skin and bones. The bill came to $46.60 for two of us.

Get the sad jelly, it will make you happy.

Generous portions, generally good flavours. Quite impressed with one of the veg dishes; it had a nice subtle garlic flavour and great texture. All the mala stuff was good of course.

Pretty good Sichuan flavours. Well balanced Chongqing Chicken, though a lot of the chicken was tiny so had to really fish for it between the chilli. Good basics - greens, rice and tea. Prawns could be more fried so you could eat them whole. Overall pretty good.

The service is really good, the ordering app is a bit confusing though. Food is presented well. I especially like the pepper ribs tastes awesome and presented really well. Recommend you give it a try when in zetland

Decided as locals for over 15 years we would do zetlands own spice alley. We chose this as the first place on a Friday night as it was fuller than all other restaurants.
The ordering system was a little clunky though the waitress was extremely helpful. Quite a variety of dishes. We had eggplant, cumin lamb and kungpow chicken.
Dishes were massive and extremely salty. Finished 2 and took one home (eggplant).
Sad to see how much food was being thrown out from other tables.
Constructive suggestions - make dishes smaller and cheaper. Use less salt.

The beef in the beef soup tastes off, as if it has gone bad.
