Beautiful service.

Went in to make an adjustment to a vintage watch bracelet, and was immediately met by Glenn. Took less than a minute to understand the issue, and then fixed it within the hour. Collected it and it was perfect. Will be back to resolve similar issues in future.

Went in for a repair on my gold rope chain clasp, I was already quoted a great price and it ended up taking them less than a minute to fix also free of charge (as no real work needed to be done)! Thankyou to the kind gentleman who served me and made my day, top quality service will definitely be coming back for repairs and something from their awesome selection 👌👌 Absolute legends.

These guys are amazing!
I had a pair of titanium glass which had a screw snap inside and the optometrist said they couldn't be fixed and were going to charge me for a new which was $$$$
These guys drilled out the tiniest of screws enabling the glasses to be used again ...and at a very reasonable price.
I also witnessed people collecting watches which were cleaned and fixed...this is not a chain store it's a family business which gave me good old fashion service...and deserve the recognition 👏

Have been using these guys for years. Just had a knife restored that hadn’t been touched for 45 years looks new. Always reasonably priced repairs and the quality is exceptional. Great for antiques too.

Took my rolex datejust for a 2 lug polish, was quoted for a figure online, then on arrival he told me he doesnt need to charge me that figure and charged me half the amount.

In my four years in Australia...I have never felt so welcomed into a store that looks so "Posh" like L.G Humphries & Sons. I have always had smartwatch so never got an opportunity to visit watch repair store. I got myself an elegant classic Casio watch online for Christmas. And I did not know how to shorten it. I googled watch repair stores and this amazing store came in the list (Even though the store has much more service and products other than repairs). When I passed by...I was hesitant to enter and ask if they can help me. However, I decided that there is no harm in asking.

REVIEW: As soon as I got inside and said "Hi". I received a "Genuine beautiful smile". I felt so comfortable to ask for help. When I showed my casino watch and asked if he would be able to make the links shorter for me. He said so politely " It is so easy...let me get my glasses". It took a few minutes...but I could get myself what I was expecting. I asked him about the charge...he said politely. He could not charge me...I felt a bit guilty...but his smile and genteel demeanour made me feel at ease. It is not about not being charged but about how I was treated in the store. I have never felt so welcomed into a store that looks so "Posh" like L.G Humphries & Sons. I would like to thank you again.

I don't usually write business reviews, but my experience with L.G. Humphries was that outstanding. After visiting other reputable watchmakers in the Sydney CBD who wouldn't or couldn't assist with a repair of the bracelet on my Omega Speedmaster Professional, the job was taken in at LGH and returned to me within an hour - perfectly executed and for an extremely reasonable price. Brilliant.
