The Sorrel Cafe & Bar

Despite the packed store, the service did not take long. I was too starving to snap any photos 🤣 I opted for a coffee and an omelet, priced at $24?, which initially seemed steep, but the quality quiet justified the cost. The coffee boasted a rich flavor profile, and the omelet was a savory delight. Despite the price, it was worth it. I look forward to returning soon!

Lovely café located on the top level of Broadway Shopping Centre. The natural lighting adds to the ambiance. Delicious breakfast dishes with a decent selection of coffee.

(Only personal pet peeve was that my taro latte disappointingly didn’t have cute latte art, haha)

This is located on 3rd floor in Broadway shopping centre, just right next to Apple store. Very fresh coffee and various kinds of desserts!
You can have a wonderful coffee break after shopping!🎉🎉

I love stopping into the cute lil cafe on the upper level of Broadway Shopping Centre. Their food is always yummy and their staff are super lovely!

I was here when the previous reviews incident happened, and I just hope the rude customer did not ruin the young staff's day :/

The young man was moving desks and chairs and politely asked and explained that they had to move furniture for the shopping mall and if cusutumers can sit on the inner side of the cafe. However, a massive man spoke very aggressively to the young man that he doesn't understand where to sit even though the young man made it very clear and even pointed at the free tables, the massive man never listened and just made fun of the young staff.

I get that nowadays, there are so many stresses, but don't go home and kick the dog, I truly do not understand why the man took it out on the hard-working, friendly staff.

Dear the young staff, who always wore black clothes. If you end up reading the previous review. Do not suffer from his words. I often visit this cafe and occasionally see you. you are doing great. I've seen your friendly service serval times including today's last minutes.

Met a friend for afternoon tea. I had a berry smoothie and a caramel slice. Both were delicious. This cafe is located on Level 3 in Broadway Shopping Centre near Lovisa and Target. A great spot away from the chaos to meet friends as plenty of tables surrounding the cafe to find somewhere to sit.

Fantastic coffee. Great texture of the milk, perfect latte, great flavour. Barista definitely knows what they are doing. Very well priced.

It’s unusual to find gentle and efficient service with an added smile but at Sorrel I found both. A well made hot chocolate and a muffin went down very well. It’s a relatively quite place compared to the madness of the floors below.

The best located cafe in Broadway. It's got such lovely natural light (which is so important) and really comfortable seating.
Delicious food, kind and helpful staff that will let you sit and chat while you enjoy a coffee.
I can recommend the quiche and brioche cake. 😉 🎉🎉

I haven’t been here since Covid times but wow the three FOH ladies were amazing! Friendly and efficient. Delightful coffee and fresh simple food.

I go there for coffee all the time. They seem like just good kind people and the relaxing setting they create is impressive for such a busy location. Oh yea, and of course their coffee is always wonderful too.

A top floor oasis from the shopping crowd. Comfortable seating. Good beverages bites and snacks on offer. Service is accommodating and pleasant.
