We dealt with Ross from Launceston when we ran a takeaway shop, he called in some 100 times about his offerings when we decided to have the cookies chicken in our shop, asked him only one question what if it doesn’t work? And he promised to move it somewhere if the cookies chicken doesn’t work in 6 months and we took the highest package on finance.
Guess what, 6 months after we called Ross to tell him that it’s not working and his response and actions were not as same as when he first come in to give us the details and we ended up with a lot of debt because of his fake promises.

Highly recommended not to trust this system or the people who run it. Specially Ross.
