Bushlands caravan park

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens were beautiful with lots of soft, green grass and it was pet friendly. Clean and maintained ablutions, cute and tidy kitchenette, friendly and professional service. Overall it was a great stay. Can't wait to come back.

Super nice spot surrounded by trees. A real campground in nature not like the asphalt paved big 4 parks. Nice owner showed me around. Would recommend!!!

Green, quiet, friendly space. Tent campground grassy and shady. Amenities very clean and well cared for. Kitchen spot on, although could use cooking facilities other than just the bbq. Staff lovely, especially considering how hard they have to work! Close to town and beaches.
They could turn the spotlight off in campground at night though 👍

I took a chance on this place and I'm so glad I did. So cheap compared to the other parks around but the facilities are decent, the campsite is lush and green and full of birds of all kinds. Only stayed one night but would happily stay here longer and the amount of long term campers here suggest I'm not alone in that.

As the name suggests this is a bushland caravan park that has got everything you can expect in a bush setting. The peace and quiet is spot on, and camp kitchen is great. The facilities are old but refurbished in a very nice way. The owners are very friendly considering they are flat out doing everything they can to accommodate their guests every whim. I would be exhausted if I had to do as much work as they do. A short drive into Esperance for all your needs and back to the park where even the long term residents are super friendly 👌.

9 mins drive from esperence. Clean toilets and shower and well maintained property. Powered and unpoweres sites both very secure and comfortable. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Short stay. Park on older side but clean a d tidy. Owner lovely lady. Guides you to your spot. Lots shade and grassy area's. Nice and quiet.

Fantastic park to stay in - large sites spread out around varies areas in park so nice & private - ideal for the permanents there as well as many different roads & most had very large fenced areas - just like houses in a complex - water typical I think of several different areas of Western Australia in that water is hard & soap tends to go chalky in the shower but causes no other problems - many thanks guys & we will be back ...

I liked this place, good amenities. It's not trying to be a resort caravan park so it's just better.
Very reasonable prices too.

John & Judy at Bushlands Caravan Park are the most friendly people we have met on our travels!! Nothing is too much trouble to them. We would highly recommend their layback, bushland park to anyone travelling to Esperance Cheers Julie and Peter from Queensland.

Great park clean tidy and friendly service not a new fancy pack by any means but got plenty of character loved our stay there 👍

If you like beautiful tall tree's, don't mind not perfect this is the place for you. Nice and very clean amenities, hot showers, $3 washing machines cleaned daily, camp kitchen functional, many permanents friendly and quite,non intrusive. On bore water but bring your own drinking, cooking water. The owners are just lovely . 25yrs they have been there. And the park has aged somewhat. And yet I just 💕 loved my stay. Hope to come back again. No big thrills just chilling. Thank you Judy.

Lovely caravan park in a beautiful setting. Loads of birds! We have been here twice and both times Judy has bent over backwards to accommodate us at short notice. The amenities are spotless and work well and in keeping with the whole park. I'd rather have lovely older shower blocks than pay more, the cost is very reasonable. Thanks Judy for all your help, we will recommend you to everyone we meet and if we pass Esperance again will definitely come to you.

Really nice staff and quiet, bush setting with lots of room!

Spacious green sites. Shady. Good camp kitchen. Quiet except for barking dogs which need to be controlled.

Clean amenities, laundry $3washing load, $2dryer per cycle, dump point in laundry, bush setting, permanents and workers so it's quiet, Judy the caretaker/manager is fabulous, do anything for you just ask. Will definitely stay again if teavelling through.

We stayed at Bushlands Caravan Park, for over two weeks. We thought the setting was lovely & we enjoyed our stay immensely. Judy, the Owner, could not have been more helpful. The amenities were clean & tidy. The peace & quiet, was great & we did see some bird life. Cost, was very reasonable. We would recommend this park & if ever we are back this way, we would definately stay there.

We had a change of plans and needed a place to stay and they were so accommodating! Great quiet little park out of the hustle and bustle of the main town. High recommend staying here.

Loved our stay at Bushlands Caravan Park! The sites were well kept and we had enough space to still have a bit of privacy. The owner is lovely and super helpful for anything we needed. Only 5 minutes out of town and exceptionally priced compared to other caravan parks in town! We’ll be back for sure!

I know this would not be for everyone but we love it...bush setting..quiet..lovely ..not flash..not kid friendly but I can have my dog ...5km to town is no stress
