The Jetty Resort

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in the self contained motel room. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. They offered us a carton of milk which was nice and we accepted. The room was really clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic .The pool and BBQ area was really nice. Will definitely have a BBQ next visit. We couldn't fault the resort st all. We loved it. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and found the rooms to be very good value for money.
The pool area looked good, but unfortunately we weren't too lucky with the weather during our trip.
The location is good, just across the road from the long jetty, and parking is free onsite. Everything in town is within easy reach.
The man on reception was very friendly and greeted us warmly on arrival. He was also helpful when I asked for recommendations for dinner.
The only minor issue was that the fridge in our kitchen was quite noisy every time it kicked in, and woke us up around 5.30 am, but we easily went back to sleep.
Other than that, it was mostly quiet.
We'd definitely stay again.

Highly recommend The Jetty Resort. Have just stayed there last minute after our work vehicle broke down. The staff were amazing and so accommodating with our plight. They helped with anything they could that was in their power to do so. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The location is fantastic and they have a really nice pool chill out area. If you can get a beach view room I would definitely recommend that.

Our first stay here we had gotten into town late and other motels had told us on the phone they wouldn't stay open for us to check in. The owner at the Jetty Resort answered our call late and then worked late to prepare the room for us. When we arrived he was incredibly friendly and gave us tips of beautiful places to see while we were in town. On our next stay he went to a lot of effort finding us a DVD player for our room and great DVDs too, always with a smile. Owners like him make motels like his great places to find refuge after long drives. The Jetty always felt safe and comfortable, and we were not left wanting for anything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Jetty Resort, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The location of the resort is absolutely perfect. Nestled in a beautiful spot, it offers breathtaking views of the ocean and jetty (depending on the room) and easy access to all the attractions in Esperance. You couldn't ask for a better setting.

Cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work.

What truly sets The Jetty Resort apart, though, is its incredible staff at the reception. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to assist with any questions or requests made my stay even more enjoyable.

I can't recommend The Jetty Resort enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient place to explore Esperance, this resort has it all. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Location was perfect with the jetty 2 mins walk away, white sand and crystal clear water are always tempting. Great facilities at the resort including pool, child's playground and grassed BBQ area. Eline from housekeeping was so helpful and a wealth of local tourist knowledge. Front office staff are all friendly and accommodating. I will be staying again on my next visit to the Bay of Isles.

We had very pleasant overnight stays and that is due to:
the very central location, namely 150 meters away
from the Jetty (jetty) and almost walking distance
from the center. Woolies and shopping center on
8 minutes by car. Furthermore, the practical design
of motel room 11, the hygiene of this clean one
room, nice separate bedroom, well-sprung
box spring beds, enough and clean bed linen
and towels, very complete kitchen equipment.
modern bathroom, laundry facilities
and possibility to store laundry centrally
to hang. But certainly also the friendliness and
service orientation of the staff. Such an accommodation
you rarely find!

Absolutely fabulous! We just spent 5 nights here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything.

Traffic is noisy through the day , but get better in evening .

Beam electric scooters for hire across the road $5 (5min) ride into town & they’re fun.
Crazy cat coffee (best coffee ever) and Sir Juice with yummy paninis & delish smoothies and juices across the road.

The Geddes family have just spent 1 week in Esperance at this amazing resort.
The staff all were very helpful, considerate and extremely welcoming.
The ocean view apartment was fantastic , well equipped and the views from the balcony each morning while we did our yoga was spectacular and calming to start our day. The kids loved there upstairs living and was so good we struggled to get them to leave apartment for the day.
All appliances worked well and bedding was clean and comfortable..
With best coffee and juice bars only meters from the resort was handy for those morning where you wanted to just get up have a quick Brekky and take off to discover Esperance. Only a few minutes from town made a lovely walk or ride.

We stayed at the pool view room and was very thrilled with the room. It just felt cosy especially while it was raining for the past 3 days we were staying at the resort. 100% would recommend….

Nice rooms, very clean, comfortable bed. Close to town centre . Good pool.

We stayed in the pool view apartment, two adults and three children. This suited us very well. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need including two bathrooms. It was very clean on arrival, the kitchen is clean and functional and washer/dryer is new. The resort has a large playground and fenced pool area, pool is heated to take the edge off the chill. There is also a lovely BBQ and outdoor seating area for guests to share. The location is great! The nature playground is just across the road and you can go fishing from the Jetty or just walk along and check out what others are catching. Staff were all wonderful and gave excellent customer service on each encounter. We had a great holiday and hope to come back in two years.

A wonderful place, we stayed 2 nights with our toddler. The balcony room with the Webber was so convenient. Our 2 year old loved the playground area. The pool area was lovely. Unfortunately, it wasn't warm enough for us to use the pool. On a hot day, the pool would be amazing. Comfortable feeds, spacious, great location, walking distance to everything you need. Would stay here again, highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place! It had a playground with a large sand play area and toy trucks for the kids to play. The room had everything you need, including cutlery, dishes, dishwashing liquid, microwave. And the price was very reasonable.

It was a great experience, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was neat and tidy, with clean extra pillows and blanket, it was a well displayed self contained unit, easy parking for a trailer, great location, easy access

Quietly located at the far end of town right opposite the Jetty. Get a front facing room and the view is brilliant. Rooms always clean and the bigger rooms upstairs spacious and well appointed.

After booking with the Jetty Resort recently, I received an email that an additional discount code was applied to my booking, lowering the price by 60AUD. This is the first time in my life that I encountered a business actually applying a discount for the customer after they have already agreed to pay a higher price. I was super impressed. In the end, I unfortunately had to cancel the trip, and I was again amazed how easy this process was. I booked directly through the Jetty Resort website, and straight on my booking confirmation email, there was a button to click in order to cancel the booking. The easiest booking cancellation I have ever made.
