Haven't been here in a long time,but yesterday I went for a walk .was very pleasant.

This place has hidden treasures for those who have the map. I fish here often day and night and have seen what nature does in her private moments.when she thinks no one is watching. 2 KLM north of car park just on sun up a mother humpback feeds her new born calf less than 50 m of the beach, she makes a humming noise that must be pure contentment or just love . She is safe here in the shallows from the large males that can easily drown her baby. A few hours earlier and on the correct side of the no fishing sign I caught and released 2 torpedo sized Taylor that were to spectacular to be anything but alive and free. A storm sweeps down from the north west late last night and pushed out to see. The lightning and the thunder on the eastern horizon could only be equaled by a world war 2 naval battle. You cold feel the thunder in your chest and watch the electricity turn the the sky
from black to green and yellow. A battle that no armed force could ever equal. Once the storm had moved on and the light pollution had passed. She showed her unimaginable inconceivable treasures. Her heavens in all their glory. 50 galaxies for every grain of sand on every beach and in every dessert on our blue planet. She shoots stars and commets in every direction just because she can. As I walk back to the south a kangeroo bounds past. I'll keep heading south and will fish a gutter that will provide a nice breakfast. I look to the water and see the day life, humpbacks breaching ,dolphins feeding, bids hovering. Just past the carpark I find a good sized carpet snake eating a seagull who wasn't carfull enough and then I see the large eagle sitting quietly in the tree also watching the snake. She will wait for the snake to finish and then will kill 2 birds with one stone so to speak. I say good morning to some early beach walkers some clothed some not, it doesn't matter here because it's ok to be natural in nature. All produce a wonderful smile and all comment on what a amazinly beautiful place this is. I agree and quietly think " if only they had the map.
