Stumbled across this place whilst Christmas shopping. They had Pork, sage and pear sausages to try…omg!! Seriously the best sausage I’ve ever tried. Went back a couple of weeks later to buy more and they had sold out, travelled from Neutral Bay so thought I’d just try something else as I was there. Bought some pork toulouse, again incredible!! Yet to try the other meats but if you want a top sausage for the bbq this place is a must.

Best dry aged stakes in town. I love how fresh the meat and produce is. They occasionally get great cuts of brisket too.

These guys are great, we've had a few things from here, sausages are tasty and not fatty at all. Also highly recommend the chicken parcel and the wellington (more of a steak and bacon pie than the European style wellington). Delicious. Their customer service is also top notch.

Best dry aged steak I've ever eaten. Premium product comes with commensurate price, but better to buy at a butcher than pay a premium in a restaurant - spend less money, get a generous serving, cook it exactly how you like it.
