Gotcha Fresh Tea Broadway

This store is amazing!!! Gotcha features a wide range of unique drinks with exquisite pearls and tea at a reasonable price.

I ordered the Black Sugar Fresh Milk with the lowest sugar level possible and it was absolutely perfect! I often find myself ordering 'no sugar' when purchasing bubble tea and receiving immensely sweet drinks, but my experience at Gotcha was completely the opposite (the sugar level was perfect). In addition to this, the pearls tasted as if they had been freshly cooked, chewy and flavourful. A friend of mine also purchased this drink and was extremely satisfied.

Such a cute new drink shop on the ground level of Broadway shopping centre! The drinks are very yummy and staff is friendly. Lots of variety of tea, milk and yogurt drinks. I had a mango yogumuji drink and bamboo charcoal milk tea. Tasted very refreshing and smooth😋

Ordered a tea with a bunch colleagues to get through a Sunday shift. The staff were lovely and delivered our group order even after closing time with additional treats to thank health care workers. Tea was fresh and customised! Sturdy reusable cups that won’t go into the bin. Will definitely order again and visit when I can!

Every time I go to get a bubble tea, I am always greeted with a smile from Liz. She is naturally a bubbly person, and you can tell that the amazing guest service that she brings, comes naturally. She communicates very well through my order to make sure the purchase that I make is what I want, and more importantly tastes nice. When she gives me my order she always thanks me, and says “have a nice day!” Or “see you next time!” With a smile.

This store made me fall in love with bubble tea!

They have the best pearls (perfect texture & consistency), service with a smile and I also love the grass jelly.

First time having gotcha tea was at this amazing location in Broadway! The customer service, the quality of the drink and the pearls was nothing short of amazing!! I had no idea what to get so I asked the person on duty what they would get and was recommended the bamboo charcoal milk tea and holyyyyyy smokes was it so goooood! Will be back for more 🤤🤤🤤 hands down the best in the game 🙌🙌

Love gotcha Broadway, the lady who serves at the counter is always so sweet and nice, they do the best lychee green tea. They served me a couple mins before closing <3 most places would turn me away even before 10 mins Til closing

Staff are nice and friendly. The quality of milk tea is always consistent. You must try black sugar milk tea. It’s so good and fresh 👌🏻
