I had a great sugaring session at Slow Beauty Eco Salon. Natalie is incredibly kind and passionate about what she does. She has clearly spent time educating herself on the treatments she offers and products she uses. I really liked her environmentally-conscious and people-focused work ethic.

Natalie took time in the consultation to ask about my previous experience and desired outcomes with no judgement. She continued the discussion during the appointment, educating me about everything skin health and care. I felt at ease coming into the home salon with the process clearly explained to me both prior and during the appointment.

Overall, I really appreciate the time and care Natalie took during my appointment. Her thoughtfulness really came across every step of the way. Thank you!

Natalie is such a fantastic human! She goes above and beyond for her clients and every treatment I've had has been PHENOMENAL. A pamper package I bought from her had a facial silicone brush and shower steamer and I am HOOKED! Both have become regular features in my self care routine thanks to Natalie. She is so inclusive and authentic, I cannot recommend her enough!!

My time with Natalie was fantastic. She is very professional and thorough. She made me feel very comfortable. It was my first using sugar wax, so she made time to answer my queries and also followed up after the appointment.

I was a little anxious after having had a few bad experiences with waxing in the past.. but Natalie made me feel so at ease and was so welcoming and warm! Natalie was really friendly and kind! She took the time with my consultation and patiently answered all my questions while elaborating on her answers as well. She also explained in detail how to take care of the area being sugared and ensured I was comfortable throughout the service!

Her skills are second to none and she is so generous with her amazing knowledge of all things skin! I have had multiple treatments with Natalie, all of which were customized for my sensitive skin. I have spent decades using products that cause breakouts and stinging skin, the products Natalie has recommended have all been non reactive which is fab! I trust Natalie's choice of products for my skin (Derma Energy Black Label), she is very considerate of my individualized needs.

I recently went to see Natalie at Slow Beauty for a high frequency treatment, which is hard to come by in Canberra. Natalie was extremely professional and explained the process to me, checking my history and assessing my treatment zone before she began. She kept me comfortable and the treatment itself was beautiful. in addition she has a great set up in O’Connor. She followed up with me to see how I had reacted to the treatment and to see whether I had any questions, which I really appreciated. Can’t wait for my next session.

Don’t be fooled by her gentle demeanour she has deceptively strong fingers for working out all tight knots. I left feeling so relaxed I was borderline worried about driving home! I had my first taste of 'sugaring' hair removal at Slow Beauty and I'm hooked! Soooo much better than waxing - less discomfort, less redness, no leftover hairs or hairs broken off - just better. This was so much more than just a facial. Natalie really took the time to look at my skin's characteristics closely, give advice on the most appropriate products to use and really taught me how to look after my skin. It was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be going back!

By far the best facial I've ever had. The Hungarian technique Nat uses for the facial massage is just superb. Beautiful products provided by a caring and informed therapist, a heavenly experience!
