We moved from Bowen and needed a local doctor, couldn't of made a better choice in Dr Bosco. He listened to my concerns and I left feeling I was heard.
The reception staff are absolutely wonderful showing great compassion for my elderly mother.

Great practice. So Clean with a friendly atmosphere and The Practice Manager Leann made the changes from bulk to private billing so smooth and easy. I Can’t speak highly enough of how professional, kind and lovely she is!!!!

We went to the practice with no appointment. The staff were wonderful friendly and very helpful. Had us in seeing the doctors at short notice. Doctor was very gentle and talked his way through the procedure. Left their feeling very happy as it gave relief to my granddaughter who seemed very scared of what was going to happen. In my dealings with Family Practice, Dr n staff have been warm n professional.
They went out of their way to be helpful and ensure any of my concerns were addressed.

Leann couldn't be more accommodating with appointment requests. She goes above and beyond her duties. Dr Bosko is a genuine and caring practitioner. Can't rate the practice high enough in regards to any dealings I have had. 😊

The Practice Manager Leeann is so lovely. Always professional and goes above and beyond whenever I need help. Always have availability and short wait times. Great medical practice. :)

I would love to firstly thank the Practice Manager Leann, not only over the phone but in person she is wonderful to deal with can’t thank her enough. As for other staff member she is very loud and inconsiderate as it is a quite and small waiting room her voice does project and is amplified. She does not have the right manners over the phone, and has been quite rude. Other then that love both doctors attention to detail and have your best interest at heart. 100%

Dr Susic is fantastic and follows through with all test results and support. Leanne is an incredible Office Manager and always takes the time and effort to make sure you feel cared for. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Always been a decent surgery. Not discriminatory like some. Receptionist is friendly with a sense of humour and Dr. Susic is the best doctor I've seen for a while. Hope he stays.
