Alva Beach Tourist Park

Great place to stay. Good amenities, not far to the beach, quiet. Sites clearly marked and pretty level. If we come back up this way we won't hesitate to stay here again.

Alva Beach is a beautiful place to stay walking distance to the beach and 15 minutes drive into town. The owner are beautiful people and the cabins are amazing and very clean. I highly recommend this place if you want to take your family on a holiday or just a weekend away.

Very comfortable and relaxing van park. Quiet, very good facilities, lovely park staff. Park grounds kept very clean. Wi-fi available and fairly good reception. Close to beach and fishing.
We enjoyed our stay, way too short. We look forward to returning soon for a longer stay.

Stayed a couple of nights in our caravan on an unpowered site. Very friendly check in and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Nice pool area and the camp kitchen clean and user friendly😁

This lovely caravan park is a great off the beaten track van park and is very reasonably priced if you want somewhere nice and quiet and still within walking distance to the beach. Only $28 for two for camping with power! That is not something you get anywhere on Sunshine Coast. Well worth the little drive out from Ayr shopping centre. The camp kitchen is nice and clean with a big fridge and a big TV to sit and relax. The bathroom a bit dated but still charming enough and a lovely pool to relax in and cool off from the heat.

Great location near the beach. Pool and clean facilities with everything you need. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to support us with some day activities e.g. fishing.

It is highly recommendable! Great place with the best service ever :) super lovely people running it. Beautiful palms and a good lay out. Close to the beach and looked good for fishing. Mostly older folk and no noisy children provided a tranquil vibe.

Very friendly staff. Needed a different pitch for the shape of our set up and we were able to pick wherever we wanted. Good toilet and shower block, with laundry facilities. Right next door to the dive shop and the beach. Trees provide a bit of shade and nice to hear the birds singing.

This was a great little park. We enjoyed a relaxing few days and found everyone very friendly. An excellent camp kitchen was available and a nice pool too.

Our experience was made even better when a week or so after our stay we realized we had left part of our annex behind. A quick call to Lisa and she had our canvas saved safely and helped us to get it to a courier without any fuss. Service that goes above and beyond. Thanks.

Alva Beach Tourist Park is a well maintained camping and caravan park. Some units area also available for rent. The common areas are kept clean. The camp kitchen has a good assortment of facilities including a refrigerator, microwave oven, conventional oven, toaster and a gas BBQ. The sites are well shaded. This park is pet friendly, with quite a bit of dogs around on leashes. There is a swimming pool on site. It is always advisable to check the nearby coconut palms as large branches or coconuts can fall without warning!

Really nice hosts, residents and other campers. The spots are nice, shaded and large. The camp kitchen is very spacious, clean and has good options. The bathrooms are also very clean, good water pressure for the shower. It's 5 minutes to the beach which is nice to walk along. I would stay again

Excellent campground! We spent a couple of days waiting out the rains here. The free WiFi was fantastic. Able to watch live Footy from inside the van. Staff were friendly and the beach made for a great long walk. Amenities and kitchen were great also. Recommended.

Laid back & absolutely lovely. A beautiful, relaxed tourist park with super-chilled owners/managers. Clean facilities & a fantastic, huge pool! The beach is only a short stroll away. We'll revisit here again & again. 💚

Management were excellent with help in all aspects of staying in a tourist park, loved the coffee machine and Clean toilets and showers are most welcome by any one. Decorated and homely.
Great place to stay. Fees were in line with other parks visited on our trip around the central/far north Queensland. Easy walk to the beach. Good sized bays too.

Clean and quiet. Owner was polite welcoming and enguaging..
Highly recommended and will take the detour from Ayr again when passing through
