In 2020 my partner and I met with Paul Hamilton and decided to purchase our first home with 3 Property Group. It’s hard to put your faith in strangers, even harder when it comes to your first home. We trusted them to deliver on a dream that many Australians spend their lives hoping for, and they did just that.

Buying off the plan is stressful - there’s a lot to stress about - but Jess & Paul have been there every step of the way. Responding to emails at midnight and helping us navigate the minutia of buying off the plan. We could not have reached settlement without them. There’s so many horror stories around settlement, finance, lawyers etc. but our home settled on the day, on time and Paul said we could pick up the keys that day.

The build team achieved a very high standard with the variations we requested and who ever did the tiling and bathrooms did a very good job. But it’s not just the initial build quality, it’s the continued care they provided addressing anything that has come up around the property since we moved in. That is probably the most important trait you could want in a developer. And you will find that here.

I don’t think a review can dissuade the anxiety and stress of buying your first home. But if you’re interested in a location, you’ve found something within your price range and you’re ready to take the leap. My partner and I are proof, 3 property group can deliver on their promise and are ready to help get keys in your hand.

We have moved in to FORM and have been very happy with our dealings with Paul. 3 Property group have given us a 90 day period to report any faults and have been responsive throughout this whole process. This leaves us well assured.

The quality of the units can truly be seen when you walk through the complex. Paul has also gone above and beyond to help sort out any other custom landscaping jobs we wanted done.

During the construction process, we received replies to our many questions about updates and we were extremely happy about feeling heard. Speaking to the neighbours confirms that this is general consensus as well.

I recently moved into my new home Form in Coombs. It’s been a amazing experience from the get go.

I bought a Vivace townhouse in Throsby! The process, communication and support has been fantastic. I receive regular updates and now that the build is nearly complete I’ve had a chance to have a pre settlement walk through. The build is fantastic, the finishes and quality are even better than expected and I’m very excited to call this home.
Paul Hamilton guided me through the process from the beginning and has been very responsive and supportive throughout.

I selected and purchased my property via Paul Hamilton from 3PG in late 2020. From the first moment walking into the display unit, Paul was extremely professional and accommodating, answering any questions I had, helping me choose options and providing appropriate and trusted advice on which extras/variations were worth investing in- this was extremely comforting being a first time home owner, I felt like I was in safe hands.

Whilst the development like many others was impacted by pandemic delays, 3PG kept buyers informed of construction progress throughout the whole process right to completion.

Once settlement was called, the service provided by 3PG (Paul and Jessieca) as well as the crew from LifeStyle Homes has been incredible- from their informative emails regarding the settlement process, to thorough correspondence detailing what to expect/ how to settle in, to coordinating additional help from Lifestyle Home once I moved in. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I can confidently say, the whole purchasing experience I received from Paul and the team from the beginning until now has blown any expectations I had.

When deciding to sell our apartment we were luckily enough to be put in touch with Paul from 3 PG. He was awesome to deal with. He took care of everything while we went away, selling our place for a fair price. What a stress relief that was. Highly recommend these guys.

I have bought a unit off the plan directly from them. The wait was longer than expected but was caused by the lockdowns due to COVID. Anyway, Paul Hamilton was great as he was easy to contact and replies promptly when you have queries. Overall was a great experience buying from them as I havent need to go through agents, in turn gave a better value for money.

I'm ecstatic and so grateful to Paul Hamilton for how well he's taken care of me right from the first point of contact with him. I've bought a place at Adagio and when first starting to look at properties to purchase my sister advised me to be really careful who I buy from because the last thing you want is to be left high and dry at any stage of the stressful process of purchasing a property, after exchange and once you've moved in. I done my homework and the google reviews weren't good, which of course concerned me. I openly discussed this with Paul who wasn't offended by my concerns and understanding of how I felt. I happened to mention my concerns to my solicitor who said she'd not heard of Property 3 Group but the next time I spoke with her she told me she'd asked in the office if anyone had and one of their lawyers in the office said she'd bought a place a year or so ago from Property 3 Group and said she'd had a fantastic experience with them. What kept raising my confidence was my dealings with Paul, he never showed any annoyance at my million questions and patient with me as my finance wasn't sorted out yet. What came as a greater relief was that after exchanging contracts, when most agents don't want to know you anymore, Paul didn't drop off but continued the same level of customer service he'd showed up to this point, wow that doesn't happen very often! What's made this an even greater experience is that I've moved in and he's still answering my questions and sorting out anything that needs fixing. I've been exhausted with moving, unpacking etc. and on a Sunday night I thought a pipe under the kitchen floor must be leaking and contacted him in a panic, an hour or so later the plumber turns up and it turned out to be the dishwasher and not the emergency I thought it was. The plumber (what a great guy!) didn't get frustrated even though he'd come out on Sunday night and Paul is still keeping up the same level of customer service even though I've had him working on a Sunday night on something that could have waited till Monday. Another thing that just keeps raising my got my confidence in this group is the dealings I've had with their maintenance guy, he's awesome too! I've got to say that so far I'm not just relieved, I'm absolutely cheering I bought this place and ecstatic with the experience I've had!

While I can't comment too much on 3 property group as a whole, I can say my experience with Paul Hamilton has been amazing. Paul has personally followed through on everything we had requested for our new place and always delivered as promised. His communication has always been on point and he has been super easy to work with. I am incredibly glad we stumbled across Paul. He has definitely gone above and beyond to help get us into our new place as quickly as possible!

My first contact with 3 Property Group was with Paul Hamilton at the Avani site. My wife and I went to talk about buying a unit there. We did buy a unit and from the first contact right through the process (and including many other requests I made to have additional work included in the build), the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Buying off the plan is always a bit of a gamble - there will always be delays & they are tough to handle sometimes, but...when the end result looks exactly like the marketing material it's definitely worth the wait!

3 Property group have done an amazing job with AVANI, not only with the design but also creating what will be a wonderful little community.
The pool, veggie gardens, BBQ areas, parks & outdoor fitness areas have an awesome vibe & sense of warmth - coming home each day will be like a holiday.
I've received exceptional service from Paul Hamilton which is credit to him considering I purchased my Terrace through another real estate agent in the early stages (Yes I've probably waited the longest!)
3 Property Group obviously had a vision from the start & I'm stoked to be a part of it.

We just moved into the new Vivace development and are very pleased with the quality and level of inclusions as well as finishes. The floorplan attracted me the most to the development. They were all intelligently designed, with a big focus on livability and sustainability.

At pre-settlement inspection, we walked through and wow it felt so insulated (noise and weather) even without window coverings. We upgraded the insulation so maybe that factors in … but I truly think they have really done a good job on this development. Everything is ‘just so’, usable, family friendly and they paid attention to high livability - including clever storage, clever placement of rooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces.

My family is looking forward to having many memorable years living in our smart townhouse. Where we could come home, and just live life. Not having to think about maintaining a garden, or oiling the deck or any of those ‘living in a house responsibilities’.

We were so done living in a house with a huge yard and Vivace just ticked all the boxes for our busy lifestyle.

Paul and Jesseica always answered all my queries and gave me their best guidance where possible. Always courteous and friendly.

Their builder Jason from Lifestyle Homes, I found him to be lovely, direct, knowledgeable and helpful. His workmanship and attention to detail to his builds has given me more confidence in any of the development that 3pg has in collaboration with Lifestyle Homes.

Just settled on our townhouse at FORM. Paul Hamilton was great, keeping us updated and was extremely responsive. He was honest at every step and didn't mind any of our pointy questions.

Despite the lockdown delays the house is lovely and we can't wait to move in.

I just moved into FORM in Coombs. What a beautiful home! It’s amazing. Omg it’s warm. Who ever heard of turning off the heating at night in Canberra winter haha. I’m so impressed by 3Property Group and Paul Hamilton in particular, who has been amazing throughout the whole experience. So responsive. This is my first home and I’ve had no idea what I’m doing. But Paul has helped me through the whole process.
