Luis is one of the best physios / pilates instructors I've ever seen. His pilates / strength sessions are amazing. Well based in an understanding of the human body and the science of physiotherapy, the sessions are hard work but also highly enjoyable. 11/10 would recommend to anyone.

Luis has been absolutely fantastic, my lower back pain has significantly reduced since attending Katherine Physio and the ongoing at home management exercises have been specifically tailored to suit my needs and abilities. Highly recommend, all staff I've interacted with have been very knowledgeable, the reception is very helpful and accommodating when organising appointment times.

Visiting from Victoria. Have had previous back problems but seemed to be worse whilst here. Attended this Physio practice twice whilst here. Very friendly and extremely helpful Receptionist. All other staff I came across were all very friendly. I was seen by Stacey both times and she was amazing. Really knows her stuff and definitely helped me and my back. Would absolutely recommend this Physio practice.

I attend Pilates with Luis at the physio and they are the best classes I have ever done! My functional strength and capabilities have improved so much through these classes - absolutely recommend!

Katherine Physio employs excellent physiotherapists. The pilates classes are also fantastic. For injury management, physical development or excellent exercise guidance, Katherine Physio is the place to go.
