Both my baby and I have an incredible experience here. The educators are friendly, responsible,
patient and provide timely feedback. They are always ready to communicate any changes or developments in my baby’s growth, which makes me feel involved and reassured. The daily activities are wonderfully varied, and my baby comes home with so many surprises from her time there. Highly recommend!

More than a day-care centre but a community.
Woodstock have created a warm supportive and fun environment which nurtures our kids and focuses on growth and wellbeing. The educators are absolutely amazing, so dedicated and thoughtful and really devoted to the children.

Very positive experience, we have been sending our little one for a year, since he was 7 months. The educators were very attentive and through their activities and programs has helped our little one achieve his growth milestones.

Educators were genuinely caring and have even been in touch whenever he's unwell and is absent.

We truly appreciate the care that has been given to our kid and definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Woodstock (Brushbox). The childcare educators are caring and attentive. They constantly update stats on the OWNA app so parents are informed of feeds, portions, nappy changes, naps in real-time. They stimulate creative thinking by organising various activities to engage the toddlers. Our son joined at 1+ and has had a fantastic experience. Waitlisting was only $30 (non refundable) but we were able to gain a spot and add days as they became available. Management will do their best to accommodate your days/needs.

We enrolled both of our children at this facility, and the progress they made was remarkable. The staff worked diligently with our older child to improve his communication skills, and we are forever grateful for their support and understanding.

The teachers and caregivers were incredibly patient with our children, and we could tell that our kids looked forward to going to the facility each day. We highly recommend this facility to any parent seeking quality care and education for their children.

I wouldn't trust my children in anyone else's care! Woodstock is a professional and family based centre that genuinely love and care for all children in their care. They offer highly nutritional food/meals for the children, amazingly clean, great staff and highly trained.

My daughter has been going there since it opened @Brushbox st, Sydney Olympic Park. She loves it and my family love it too. The educators are so sweet and supportive. The admin staff are so responsive to our enquires on time. My daughter has developed her confidence so much since she started going there and I'm really thankful to her educators. Since I'm so comfortable with the place I'm also sending my son this year 😊 Thank you everyone for your hardwork and for making me and my family part of the Woodstock@Brushbox family🙏🏾

Hi, do not pay the waiting list fee of $35, i was misguided and now have been told that almost all spots go to previously enrolled students and siblings of current enrolments. So if you are new to the area do not pay the waiting list fee it is a waste of your money. You will never be called as they are backed up and basically offer new spots internally. Dont waste your money and time you will be misguided to apply for the waiting list that is not available.

Absolutely, I dislike their enrolment process and communication.
I put baby in their waitlist - they requested to add the deposit for$30(which I did not mind at all).
Once you add in waitlist and paid in their website, they never let you know the confirmation for the waitlist or payment receipt. I requested the confirmation and payment receipt and received the email as below "Hi there, Your Waiting List application has been approved however the reason you haven’t heard from us is because at this stage there are no positions available." So, I paid and never get any confirmation until get the position or payment receipts? Weird.......

Then, I received the email there are the spot for my bub for three days (Wed,thurs,Fri) and they stated in the email that "Please let me know if you wish to secure this position, as I have emailed other families also so it is a first in best dressed basis." you give me the pressure?

Then, I wrote the email back and requested Wed,Thurs, two days a week and would like to discuss for enrolment process and any other associate fee on the phone.

I received the email I have only option to send the kids thur and friday if I wish two days. the person is out of office for the few days and give the all extra fee associated - $500 bonds, door key $40 and $50 administration fee. This childcare is not for child. They just ask for the money from you and written not refundable.
Overall, I dislike the all communication process with them. I only communicated via email but I feel absolutely rude and unpolite(personal opinion). now, I decide not to email them anymore and decide not sending my child there.
