Teachers Mutual Bank

I recently joined Teachers Mutual Bank (at the Weston ACT branch) & can say I had a truly wonderful experience. The staff there have been fantastic & treated me like a valued customer & not just a number. I hope they continue to do well & give the big banks a run. Highly recommended if you are able to join their institution.

Finally located the branch. Some additional signs would help. I was surprised to see how small it was, surely they could find an easier to locate office elsewhere.
Anyhow ...Lady was very nice, helpful.

overall not too bad but the biggest downfall is wait times and lack of branches to visit. Revised rating to 2 stars after waiting 30 mins on call that said it would take 8 mins. Ended up hanging up. Standard stuff for tmbank. Really do need to move all my money elsewhere

Difficult to find in Belconnen. My GPS and android could not assist me. Disappointed that the website did not provide a Belconnen branch phone number. If I could have spoken directly to the branch I would not have made a wasted trip. The service I sought was not available over the counter contrary to what I was told from the Sydney branch.

The bad service ever, when I tried to call the bank each time iam waiting more than 45 minutes and sometimes they close the line 😒😏

The new app has locked me out of access to all my accounts.
