Got here at 5:45, 15 mins before the advertised closing time and the young lady who served me didn’t bother to return my smile and friendly hello. Instead she outlined the inconvenience I had caused to her by asking to purchase 2 $5 scratch and win cards saying that “she had already counted them and recorded the stock on her sheet”. It took all of 2 mins to change the figure... apon leaving told me to arrive earlier because they start their inventory counts at this time. I wouldn’t want her as the face of my business, return customers would be a rarity!
