McDonald's West Lakes

They were having a horrendous night with only three of them on, and a couple still being trained. Even with all of the difficulties and rude customers, the manager was lovely and was constantly doing her best. Please bless her with more (trained) workers.

Not a place i would eat at everyday, I’m a health nutter, but when i do visit they are quick, friendly, always clean, and a good snack when needed

Friendly staff and the BLT special was pretty good value.

5 stars for the poor girl working the drive-through alone on boxing day public holiday in 40 degree heat. Ridiculously busy. Drive-through lane spilling out through carpark and she had no help. Very apologetic and gave us free frozen cokes for the wait. All done with a smile on her face.

Friendly staff and also the customer service is really good. Not had to wait longer times after ordering food as there are more staff here than any other mc donald franchises. Food was fresh and also tasty at the same time.

I would highly recommend anyone to try this one out

Mel...you are everything exceptional customer service should be. Thank you for giving me faith back in returning to McDonalds stores as it was becoming disappointing. You've changed my attitude towards this Mel. I certainly hope you are a manager there cos if not, then you should be

this is a great place. it may be messy but the fact that they deal with teenagers coming in and out everyday making more and more of a mess while drive through is packed yet they still show amazing costumer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I came in today and ordered a large chicken and cheese meal with frappe and was served by the most lovely girl, she was so friendly and happy and was wearing glittery colourful eye shadow. Thanks for the great service and great food

Easy and convenient. You don't have to go inside of the mall to get in. There is parking right in the front. They have a small playground outside. It is always quiet.
Service is good and friendly.

Had been there yesterday evening with 2 granddaughters. Service was really quick. There's a small play area for the kids so they had a good time. Will surely visit again.

Just craved a soft serve

Their barista coffee has been excellent every time.
