Officeworks East Vic Park

Have been coming to this store for the last 2 years and service and availability of product has been average. This has changed dramatically in last 6 months and the staff have been great, know their product, where it is and ready to assist. A big shout out to Nick, (long hair, muscles) who was busy on a ladder doing stock when I asked for information. Nick stopped what he was doing, walked me across the very large floor to the computer desks I was looking for and then asked if I needed it carried to the car. AWESOME NICK, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their policies. Quick and Respectful Service. Teina went the extra mile to help me and solved an issue other stores could not. I highly recommend this Officeworks.

Amazing print staff - printed an urgent pull up banner in 24 hours for a food expo! I've been shopping here since i was in high school, i continue to shop here for all of my business needs although it is out the way. Thanks team!

The service here today was absolutely fantastic! Dilpreet went the extra mile for us, engaged in delightful small talk, and we felt completely at ease in this store. The overall atmosphere, the staff, and the products are excellent.

I had to call the store twice today to ask questions about a click and collect and then notify them I was having a courier pick it up. I spoke with a young lady the first time, and then second time I called I spoke with a young man and then the Manager to confirm my requests. All 3 staff members were polite, professional, and extensively helpful.

i did click and collect to get new airpods & they were ready within 2 hours, so good :)

Great specials as always with excellent & informative customer service. Ask for Austin, he's one of their friendly staff. We always comes to VPK Officeworks. A one stop for stationery & IT stuff.

One of the guys at the register was a legend, bought a calculator from here expecting it to be around $40 but the dude at the register price matched it with another store, not even Officeworks, and got me a $20 something discount. Incredible.

Reminded me that there is still hope for humanity and that it takes nothing to be a kind person. I didn't get his name but really awesome service, truly the embodiment of what it means to be someone who is happy to be helpful, and I think we can all learn something from his actions. Thank you brother.

Be aware of these two guys. They where unusually helpful, very knowledgeable and with a great attitude. I got a great HP 2 in 1 for a very discounted price. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still very happy.

Ashleigh was awesome. My wife was trying to print some flyers and the design was difficult but ashleigh was patient and helped her het the job done. Glad she was there as we would never figure it out ourselves

My partner went to seek assistance at the Print dept and Anna was so pleasant to deal with. Very happy and impressed with her service despite being nearly of the working day. She listened to what I wanted done and explained to me what would be done and with that smile makes me go away thinking that more people should be like her with such customer service. Thank you Anna.

I Was looking for a new computer something that wasn't too expensive but would cope with what I needed in my business for a few months. Lucky for me a Beautiful well informed gentleman called Jessie was absolutely over and above with his knowledge and incredibly helpful. Thanks Jessie amazing work 👏 highly recommend

Was at Vic Park Officeworks tonight Friday 22/01 around 8:30pm, and the two staff helping me was extremely helpful! The item I chose wasn't in stock but the gentleman solved my issue with some alternatives, and the lady helped me put through my transaction. 100% on customer service. I didn't catch their names but the lady had really nice earrings on. Hopefully this review is read and passed on to their management!

Shout out to Alif for assisting me to choose a laptop to buy! He was super patient and generous even though I asked him a lot of questions about the specs of each laptops.

He also has assisted me with service even after his work hours by bringing out a new stock from the shed and handed over to the counter staffs. I am really pleased by his customer service! Also the rest of the crew at the counter were super friendly and professional too! Thank you!

The staff at Office works in Victoria Park are the most professional helpful pleasant people. I visit the store up to three times a week and always are served in the most professional manner. Sometimes its busy and you have to endure the lines....thats life - NOT THEIR FAULT...Sometimes they cannot print exactly what i want so I compromise.....Spare a thought for those staff members who have to endure nasty disrespectful unrealistic customers day in and day out and next time you visit dont forget to bring a smile and thank them....
