I have been going to Netplus for many years, and they have saved me much heart ache by having the ability to save my data, restore my computer & fix various technical issues with no fuss. Most recently i had a really positive experience. My pc would not boot and i was in panic mode due to having clients work not backed up. I dropped off my computer on Thursday afternoon & had it back Friday afternoon fixed & restored. Just amazed & grateful. Their service is prompt, honest & professional. The prices are reasonable too. I even had help carrying the computer to my car as i had my little one with me. Thankyou so much Netplus, i will never go anywhere else! Thankyou for saving my pc!

I have taken a PC in several times for repair and each time have been very satisfied with their service. The problem was always found and fixed quickly and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been going to NetPlus Computers for 10years or more. Recently I had the unfortunate experience of my PC suddenly stop working. Andy at NetPlus Computers was very helpful and assisted me not only getting a replacement computer in double quick time at a competitive price, but also assisted with Data recovery. Very helpful to get me back online.

My son and I got a quote on Tuesday for a custom built, gaming machine with the latest high end components he had researched and wanted. The guys at NetPlus sourced each component and had it built for us to pick up on Thursday. Amazing turn around. This is the second gaming PC my son has had NetPlus build for him, both times we have had great service and the outcome has been excellent, the cost is justified by the value in the difference in performance from the new PC. It has exceeded our expectations. The way things go with technology the time will come again when this new machine will be considered slow, incompetent etc. when it does, we know where to go to get what we want…….. thanks NetPlus.

Top notch service! Hardworking and friendly staff. Went in with a dead computer and by the end of the day the issue was diagnosed and resolved. My PC came back better and cleaner then when i first got it. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

The new management Netplus is much better than the old one. They listen to you, charge reasonable prices and tailor their services to your needs. I was surprised by their service and prices. I challenge anyone to find better PC support than them

I used to shop here fairly regularly about ten years ago when I was a high-school student, as they had a good mix of amongst the lowest prices and reasonable customer service, however I don't shop here as often now.. however I visited recently and the shop seems to have not changed too much (the stock is updated of course). Times have changed with a few different competitors; more online things and a few new shops, however I do often check their website. I particularly like the PC builder on their website and I have used that for many years. It's a great way to estimate the cost of a build.

One of the few shops in Perth that still care about customer service. Questions are always answered promptly. And price is quite competitive too compared to the other shops. Will definitely come back to the store for further upgrade.

NetPlus is honestly the best computer place around. I've bought my third desktop from them now, and really like the way you can simply design your own custom PC from their extensive choice of new components and presto...your own PC just as you like it. NetPlus is efficient, helpful, honest, quick and great bang for buck. Warmly recommended!

Recently had these guys do a full system build for me. Great experience in general, they were more than happy to answer any questions or request that I had during the build process. Fast and efficient.
Give these guys a go before heading to PLE.

My son built a computer here staff were very knowledgeable and helpful much better than other larger computer stores. More personalized experience great price and friendly staff.
