Been coming to this pharmacy for over 10years. I have become very familiar with the staff and we all have a friendly and happy relationship now, knowing each other by name. All staff are very very helpful here and will do all they can to help solve any issue you may have or item they have not got, but will locate it for U from elsewhere to get it I to their store for you asap. Which I think is great and shows dedication to helping customers. They have fantastic long open hrs of 8am till 11pm and can be handy if U have a new baby and desperately need something for an unexpected fever or poorly lil bub and Ur not sure what to do.

I went in late one evening after experiencing a bad burn on my hand, and Jackson provided amazing advice and assurance, and gave me everything that was needed to ensure rapid and successful healing. Thank you very much!

This wonderful pharmacy is the BEST IN PERTH! The wonderful staff always greet you with a gorgeous smile no matter how busy they are! The same with the pharmacists... They never rush you and no matter how silly you think your query is, they always take the time to explain exactly what the medications are for and always tell you to phone if you have any other queries!

Also they have a fantastic range of gift items for all ages..... I will always keep coming back because of their attitude and genuine caring commitment towards their clientel.

Just like to say I’ve received a very friendly and caring service last night from a lady pharmacist. While I was in so much distress, she made me feel comfortable. As a fellow pharmacist, I really appreciate the informative and personalised service at the very late hours of the night :)

I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years now for my scripts and lotto. I have always found the staff and pharmacists very friendly and take the time to get to understand your needs.
They care and listen and are very interested in your well being. Last night was no exception Tyson and Henny were friendly and wished me a Happy Birthday you would not get this type of service at a larger warehouse type chemist.
Well done to all the staff at Amcal Burswood you are a credit to your industry and keep up the good work.

Had my covid vaccine here the other day. A friendly pharmacy, staff were active and energetic, regularly greetings to coming in customers. Oh hi who and who, few seconds later another hi who and who. Looks like many regular customers come here. I think it has post office service and lottery, I am not sure though. Someone was collecting a parcel and I saw lottery sign on the wall.

Great team and service, were out of stock to fill a script but staff called around other chemists to find it for me. Ash (pharmacist) then delivered my script on his way home, free of charge.
Very for grateful for that and the impressive service.

Late night stock up after realising i was low on an important prescription. Staff & security were all very helpful. Be prepared to browse and wait sometimes as there were reasonable number in store.

The absolute best pharmacists. Always caring and go the extra mile to help and give advice. Kind and honest. Thank you for yet again giving me great advice for my kids.
