Dan Murphy's Chelsea Heights

I spend a grand total of 2 minutes in the store each time. Everything is well labelled so I know where to go. Just in case you don't though, there is always a staff member who greets everyone and asks if you need any help. Little touch, big difference.

Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Great variety of beers, wines and spirits. Also varieties of water too. Many specials on display. Another awesome wine selection. Staff are able to help with what ever choices you maybe seeking. Definitely a bonus that they sell Jameson Irish Whisky in cans, as some stores don't. Visited again recently and find it quite impressed with their cool store room.

Nice open store. Always well stocked. Is in a really accessible location with heaps of parking which is why I prefer this store to the other Dan Murphys. Staff are very knowledgeable and approachable if you need assistance or directionsvto the products location

Awesome service here, the staff are great and always happy to help with any questions. Cheap prices. Heaps of parking available. And the best thing of all is free tastings. Top notch stuff aswell,not the cheapest stuff.

Helpful staff, good stock levels and the checkout was prompt. Good store with great parking and service with a smile. Can't fault and the staff always box up my purchases well. Solid service here and I'm even asked multiple times as I walk around the store if I need help with choices. Now that's service from staff that are genuinely interested. 👌

Had an amazing staff member spend 5-10 minutes helping me choose single beers out for my partner for Valentine's day! It was so helpful and nice as I knew kinda of what he did and didn't like and she helped me still get a diverse range of boutique beers in a pack for him!
