Welcomed on arrival followed by only a few minutes wait. Called by practice nurse for detailed interview re medical history and social situation for welfare perspective. Received Covid and flu injections. Then seen by Dr Marinucci for HY check up. All good . Great service and patient care.

I've been going to this clinic for the past 4 years, before they moved to their current location, and Dr Sanja Arcon is an excellent doctor. Thorough and empathetic, she is very easy to talk to and I always leave my appointment feeling good! The reception and nursing staff have always been kind and helpful.

The experience between MyHealth and all prior practices I've been to has been like night and day. Dr Guan Ye is informative, respectful and just simply the best doctor I've had. The facility is clean and on the off chance that the Dr is running particularly late I've been told as such and given a timeframe, which is completely acceptable (compared to other practices where I've had to wait for >30 mins with no explanation). The pathologist is kind, and the reception staff have been quite welcoming and helpful.

Obviously there will be a price difference between a private practice and a bulk-billing practice but the price is so worth it if you can afford it, especially since it pertains to your health.

Dr Sanja Arcon is an exceptional doctor. She is thorough, listens and provides information and support when required. I highly recommend My health Mentone, but particularly Dr Arcon.

This is a friendly neighbourhood medical centre. I see Dr Gaddie who is an excellent general practitioner and who knows his stuff and delivers it with care and consideration.

Staff are friendly and competent, parking is typically available.

Very happy to find Dr Guan Ye, she is one of those doctors that listens and then gives considered responses, including explaining the cause of symptoms in detail. We will be coming back and are happy to have found our family’s new GP. Front desk staff are lovely too.

I have been going to Myhealth Mentone since it opened and I think the level of care I get is excellent. I regularly see Dr Guan Ye and Dr Hamish Scott and they are both excellent doctors and very thorough and caring. I have been rehabilitated from two significant injuries by Melinda the nurse, and I find her excellent as well. Recommended all round.

Guen and my nurse (i think her name was theresa) were absolutely going above and beyond as they were kind and caring towards me during a procedure. Holding my hand and talking and distracting me, im so great full they were so empathetic when i was going through some anxiety. They are always amazing here.

Had a consultation with Dr Sanja Arcon for the first time and i was taken aback by her genuine empathy and compassion! I work in a hospital and am surrounded by medical staff and Dr Sanja is by far the most caring Doctor i have dealt with. Thank you for listening and being more than a Doctor.!!

This is truly an amazing clinic. Reception staff friendly/helpful. The doctors wonderful. Dr Sanja looks after my whole family with so much care and compassion. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to share my experience with this amazing practice and also an incredible GP in Dr Marinucci ( Principle Doctor)
I have been going to this particular clinic now for over 6 years and I will never change. Dr Marinucci and his team are very old school when it comes to patients as they really do care. In my current circumstances with my back over the last year, I not only feel that I am in the best hands with the best medical advice but I also feel the concern from Dr Marinucci and his medical team . I have been to a lot of clinics in the past but none like this clinic, they really do put their patients first and offer the best solutions to help you get you back on your feet as soon as possible.
A big thank you to Dr Damian Marinucci and your medical team for every bit of help and support you have given me and my family over the last 6 years or so.
