Extremely helpful staff who always assist with any enquiry you may have. I always feel welcome when coming into store and each time has been such a pleasant experience. I recently visited DCO Dingley needing to get some new medication. I was feeling quite anxious, however the pharmacist took their time to explain the medication and answered any concerns I had.

The pharmacy staff there are amazing, very attentive and friendly! I had trouble with my prescription where the medication was out of stock and the pharmacist called the doctor on my behalf to get it changed! This will be my regular pharmacy from now onwards

The Team at DCO Dingley Village are FANTASTIC! All of the pharmacists are kind and very knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any query. The retail staff are also wonderful. I've been a customer now for 8 years and I've seen a lot of changes. The pharmacy has never been busier. Most days there are 4 or 5 pharmacists on and they are constantly busy. I get very upset when I see frustrated customers take out their anger on the staff who are just trying to do their best. I've never seen a staff member lose their cool although they would be well justified in doing so given how rude some people can be. Special mentions to Trang and Ann in the pharmacy and to Heidi, Sue and Jenny from the retail team. They are very, very special!
They all truly care about the wellbeing of their customers and always go above and beyond in their level of service. My only critique would b that on the weekends they need more pharmacists on. Sometimes on a Sunday one pharmacist and one pharmacy student just cannot keep up with the demand of people needing scripts filled.

Best customer service/ care I've had at a chemist. Shoutouts Kiki who was very patient with me selecting a cologne that suited my needs and she delivered. I have received compliments already!

I have been attending this pharmacy for years now & won’t go anywhere else. The head pharmacist Trang is so lovely & is always happy to help - she has the best attitude & always has the best advice - Trang has the answer to every single question! The manager Marea goes above & beyond constantly to ensure us customers are getting the best value, she is always willing to help & answer any questions, check stock & order in stock they may not have and is always so positive & happy - not to mention her staff are all extremely well trained! I have never had an issue with any member of the team & always look forward to going down to the pharmacy knowing I will get the best treatment & will leave with what I came for, with the best value for my money.
I’m grateful to have such a good local chemist.

I have to Thank Arnold the intern Pharmacist who was there. He not only gave my parents and myself covid vaccine, but went out of his way to upload my parents previous record through IHI.

My local Pharmacy that has served me well over the past few years . In recent times it has gone from super friendly and professional to just being very average in assisting and listening to my needs . It would be great to bring back some of the more experienced staff and good old fashioned customer service.

Friendly staff but awful accountability for consistently overcharging. Blatant disregard and/or denial to complaints with only a sorry as an explanation.

Definitely not recommend.

2 stars for friendliness and zero for professionalism.

We are regulars here and the team are always so helpful and friendly HOWEVER the student pharmacists especially Cindy are exceptionally RUDE and impatient! This is not acceptable! You are dealing with people with all sorts of ailments and even without ailments you are in the customer service industry! If you cannot work with people rethink your customer facing training!

I have tried on numerous occasions to communicate these issue, which are very serious. The situation is beyond a phone call to discuss, hence the last resort of negative feedback. Perhaps this will be taken seriously

Sadly I can no longer support my local pharmacy. Have been a regular customer for a long time but no longer after getting a regular prescription filled at another pharmacy. It was there I learned I had been receiving half the quantity prescribed dispensed by Dingley. As the new pharmacist bluntly said, I was being ripped. My husband has had repeated issues with his Webster packs (wrong meds, generic brands, damaged and missing tablets, constant shortfall of prescriptions, overcharging, charging for medication not even prescribed…
There is no room for repeated errors in such an industry, no excuse for mistakes and a sorry and a giggle doesn’t cut it anymore.
