G'day Parks Head Office

Stayed 2 nights at the Penola Park in SA south east. Excellent clean and tidy unit with everything we required and close to all the excellent offerings of Penola. But even more fantastic, I called Sally on our way home to Adelaide, and told her I had lost a diamond ring the previous night!! She searched and found it and called us back within 10 minutes. Will send it registered post home to me.
Thank you for your care and honesty, it’s much appreciated! We will be back!

We recently visited the Wallaroo North Beach Caravan Park. What a delight. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. The facilities amazing, including a petting zoo, bouncing pillow, a great communal camp kitchen and modern clean toilet facilities. We were delighted by the free concert on Saturday night, they were very talented and played really well to their audience.
We will definitely be back

We have just had a stay at pretty Ballina Top Tourist Park in caravan. Facilities super clean....children's area and activities excellent.....walk or bike ride to town excellent......gym area.....great for fitness freaks!! Loved every minute of stay. We'll be back for longer stay.

staff were very obliging, both over the phone and in person. they were very helpful and patient with my sign up to G'day membership. Park facilities were very clean and modern.

Anchorage at Iluka nsw is fabulous. We travel with two small dogs and the dog friendly cabin was 5 star Staff very helpful and park spotless and gardens great. Will stay there again and tell our friends

Mt Gambier, Best amenities block I have seen in over 5 weeks of travelling from Queensland, NSW, VIC & Tassie.

A misunderstanding was promptly rectified giving this franchise a five star rating without a doubt or hesitation.

Good service.pleasant people.Well maintained park. Looking forward to going back.

I've been coming to Pambula Beach G'day Park for over 10 years. It has omproved accommodation BUT the wifi service is almost non existent. It's about time G'day Parks Head office IT department did their job. Relays and a booster network is needed urgently to improve coverage in the par to an acceptable level.

McLaren Vale Park is lovely but after our recent stays in Port Lincoln and Streaky Bay we were surprised that no hair dryer, face washers or hand towels were provided. Everything else was good.

Great park amenities and staff, but no TV for 7,9 or ABC. Not acceptable with todays technology and they charge premium price. Get your act together. Your reply please. ( wont hold my breath)
