Worst employee. I went to recharge metro card, the staff didn’t mention/notice it haven’t expired. I asked him when it’s expired, he said it still in 28 days. Waste my money.

Stole my money. Recharged me metrocard, and paid $10. Got on the bus and they didn’t recharge my card. Went back next day and told me they couldn’t give me what I paid for because it would cause a “discrepancy” in their system. Even tried to offer to charge me again to recharge. Well you caused a discrepancy in my wallet for not giving me what I paid for you thieves. It’s not that I care about $10 it’s the fact you stole from me.
