It is really a convenient place. Specially for these days that people stay in quarantine in hotel across the street. And glad it was open for resting and drinking coffee.

Loved it. Where else would I find cigarettes in the middle of the night?

I only came here late at night (1030pm) because I stupidly caved into a craving for junk food aka a packet of chips. I know food is exie everywhere but $13 for a pack of corn chips and and Ego ice cream? Hf. I was gonna get some pre-cooked hot food but once I saw the potato cakes -thin, very dry, and very hard looking)- I decided this place is not rotating stock to my understanding. Service-wise, it peeves me that when a service worker has their back to me (waiting at the counter) but another worker (cook) can see me but they don't tell the service worker I'm there, its just ignorant.

The Asian female staff (apparently Indian) is very rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. She needs to know what it means to be nice.

Wow service level has changed was in at 6:50 on 20/04/23 had to wait 7 mins no service or acknowledgement. Staff member just kept wrapping sandwiches back turned. Such a pity... used to have a great app that no longer appears to work and great staff who would make you feel welcomed and not like your interrupting their important sandwiches.

I went there today and had a very bad experience as the Asian Lady at the coffee counter behaved very rudely and had aggressive nature. I will not go there again as that lady seriously hurt my sentiments. Please fire that lady, as it will beneficial for your business.

I used to come here often till they employ someone who refuse to let people inside. I really needed to charge my phone to get back home and wanted to check bus schedule and was planning to order uberdrive if I needed to and I was planning to buy a large carton of milk flavour of my own choice by browsing at the fridge like I usually do and wanted to sit down and relax while having my phone charge inside. But when i arrived there the person was too busy chatting with another person and when he came to the window. He insisted to grab me the drink... By through window. I said I couldn't understand him... Which was true and I come here often, I explained, I am hearing impaired. I don't want him to get me the drink. I wanted to do it myself. He did open the door but refuse for me to walk to the fridge or to charge my phone. I was like wow this is unbelievable I thought to myself. I couldn't believe what I heard. I explained to him I come here often. This is the first I experienced this. But I see another person
male inside a regular customer charging his phone... No excuses for this employee behaviour. I was shocked and I gave a remark that I am reporting this. Regards of him of the locking door is unacceptable, it is only 10.30pm at night. I had came to this place often and today was so poor customer service, very bad won't be coming back till they fix their customers services like open the door for public use and let people buy their own drink of their choice and to sit down to charge their phone to relax after a hard day at work.. I am so disappointed. What shock me the most is their already a person sitting and charging his phone! He didn't even had food! Near him and busy chatting to employee. Ridiculous behaviour that I saw tonight. The place is for everyone to use not just them.... I am female too and I was shocked of the behaviour. they are both male... I am sorry but this is extremely bad behaviour and I had to reported this. This place used to be very good for my safety and to get my food and wait for uberdrive to come by to pick me up after eating till this had happened. I won't be coming back till this is fixed behaviour of extreme bad customer service. I will be calling the manager soon.

Hideous coffee and the staff think its their own shop. Get trained mate, atleast keep a smile on. and the prices... Wow $$$

Extremely shady business. Advertise prices and then don’t honour them. Go elsewhere.
